Venetoclax is in a class of medications called B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2) inhibitors. It may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for cancer cell survival. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as obinutuzumab, may help t... Read More

Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody. It binds to a protein called CD20, which is found on B cells (a type of white blood cell) and some types of cancer cells. This may help the immune system kill cancer cells. Mosunetuzumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. It is not yet known if giving r... The purpose of the study is to learn from the real world practice of prescribing targeted therapies to patients with advanced cancer whose tumor harbors a genomic variant known to be a drug target or to predict sensitivity to a drug.

The goal of this study is to compare how well sonrotoclax plus zanubrutinib works versus zanubrutinib plus placebo in treating adults with relapsed/refractory (R/R) mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). This study will also look at the safety of sonrotoclax plus zanubrutinib versus zanubrutinib plus placebo.
