The purpose of this screening study is to collect samples to conduct HLA genotyping, HLA Loss of Heterozygosity (LOH) assessment, and expression of Tumor-associated Antigens (TAA) testing. This is a global, multicenter, randomized, open-label study, with an adaptive design. The main objective of the study is to measure the efficacy and safety of BT8009 (zelenectide pevedotin) as monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer (UC). The study includes a dose selection phase followed by an adaptive design continuation. The study is comprised of 2 cohorts. Cohort 1 will include participants who have not received any prior systemic therapy for locally advanced or metastatic UC and are eligible to receive platinum-based chemotherapy, whereas Cohort 2 will include participants who have received ≥ 1 prior systemic therapy for locally advanced or metastatic UC. This is a Phase III open-label study to assess if camizestrant improves outcomes compared to standard adjuvant endocrine therapy for patients with ER+/HER2- early breast cancer with intermediate-high or high risk for disease recurrence who completed definitive locoregional therapy (with or without chemotherapy). Researchers are looking for new ways to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is metastatic, which means cancer has spread to other parts of the body. Some people with metastatic NSCLC are treated with pembrolizumab, an immunotherapy treatment that is given into a vein as an intravenous (IV) infusion. Pembrolizumab (+) Berahyaluronidase alfa is pembrolizumab that is given under the skin as a subcutaneous (SC) injection. The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of PF-07220060 with letrozole compared to approved treatments (ie, palbociclib, ribociclib or abemaciclib with letrozole) in people with breast cancer: * HR-positive (breast cancer cells that need estrogen or progesterone to grow) * HER2-negative (cells that have a small amount or none of a protein called HER2 on their surface); * locally advanced (that has spread from where it started to nearby tissue or lymph nodes) or metastatic disease (the spread of cancer to other places in the body) * who have not received any prior systemic anti-cancer treatment for advanced/metastatic disease. Approximately half of the participants will receive PF-07220060 plus letrozole while the other half of participants will receive the investigator's choice of treatment plus letrozole. This phase II trial studies how well lutetium Lu 177 dotatate works in treating patients with prostate cancer with neuroendocrine differentiation that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Neuroendocrine differentiation refers to cells that have traits of both hormone-producing endocrine cells and nerve cells. These cells release hormones into the blood in response to a signal from the nervous system. Hormones are biological substances that circulate through the bloodstream to control the activity of other organs or cells in the body. Lutetium Lu 177-dotatate is a radioactive drug. It binds to a protein called somatostatin receptor, which is found on some neuroendocrine tumor cells. Lutetium Lu 177-dotatate builds up in these cells and gives off radiation that may kill them. It is a type of radioconjugate and a type of somatostatin analog. Treatment with Lutetium Lu 177 dotatate may shrink the tumor in a way that can be measured in patients with metastatic prostate cancer with neuroendocrine differentiation. Read Less

This phase II Lung-MAP treatment trial test the combination of targeted drugs (capmatinib, osimertinib, and/or ramucirumab) in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) and that has EGFR and MET gene changes. Capmatinib and osimertinib are in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. They work by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps stop or slow the spread of cancer cells and may help shrink tumors. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Giving capmatinib, osimertinib, and/or ramucirumab and targeting abnormal gene changes in tumor cells may be effective in shrinking or stabilizing advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Read Less
