Upon successful screening and registration, enrollment to durvalumab monotherapy (cohort 1) will begin. If DLT criteria outlined in the protocol are exceeded with durvalumab monotherapy (cohort 1), the study will close. Provided the safety of durvalumab monotherapy is established, enrollment to combination regimen cohorts will proceed. Cohorts will simultaneously enroll in parallel to each other with patients assigned to cohorts based on patient slot availability and study site choice of radiation arm participation. Patient assignment to future phase 1 arms would proceed similarly. Within BCG-containing cohorts, treatment will begin at full-dose BCG. If DLT criteria outlined in Section 5.1.4 are exceeded with full-dose BCG, a one level dose reduction of BCG will be implemented. If DLT criteria outlined in Section 5.1.4 are exceeded with reduced-dose BCG, the BCG-containing cohort will not proceed to Phase 2 of the study. Similarly, if DLT criteria outlined in Section 5.1.4 are exceeded within non-BCG containing cohorts, the non-BCG containing cohort will not proceed to phase 2 of the study. This research is being done because there is a need to improve cancer risk communication and decision-making among adolescents and young adults. In this study, the investigators are looking at whether using a chatbot and online portal for cancer risk information helps improve communication and decision-making. * Over 70,000 adolescents and young adults (AYAs) are diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. every year and up to 10% have genetic changes (or, mutations) that put them at a higher risk of developing new cancers during their lifetimes. These genetic mutations can result in cancer risk syndromes (such as, Lynch Syndrome or Li-Fraumeni Syndrome). Identifying cancer risk syndromes can allow for screening and early diagnosis of future cancers, which could ultimately save lives and offer more care choices for patients. As a result, genetic counseling and testing for cancer risk syndromes is being recommended more for Adolescents and Young Adults with new cancer diagnoses, regardless of family history. * This research study to develop an intervention called AYA-RISE that aims to assist AYAs with cancer risk communication and decision-making around their caregivers. This is an open-label, FIH study designed to evaluate the maximum tolerated dose, recommended Phase 2 dose, safety, tolerability, PK, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antineoplastic activity of RLY-2608, in advanced solid tumor patients with a Phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate-3 kinase, catalytic subunit alpha (PIK3CA) mutation in blood and/or tumor per local assessment. The study will evaluate RLY-2608 as a single agent for patients with unresectable or metastatic solid tumors. This this study is for individuals who have treatment-naïve extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (small cell lung cancer that wont respond to treatment). Doctors leading this study hope to learn if combining durvalumab, carboplatin and etoposide with hyofractionated ablative radiation therapy (radiation focused on certain parts of the body) will help treat your cancer and improve how long you can live with extensive-stage small cell cancer without it getting worse (progression-free survival). Your participation in this research will last about 48 months. Durvalumab along with chemotherapy has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of small cell lung cancer along with chemotherapy. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of selinexor as a maintenance treatment in patients with p53 wt endometrial carcinoma (EC), who have achieved a partial response (PR) or complete response (CR) (per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1 \[RECIST v 1.1\]) after completing at least 12 weeks of platinum-based therapy. The goal of this clinical trial in adult patients diagnosed with upper extremity lymphedema is to test the safety and effectiveness of small, wearable sensors that may be able to measure lymphedema. The main questions this study aims to answer are: * Do these sensors detect lymphedema? * If so, how accurate are these wearable sensors? The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation and effectiveness of the psychosocial eHealth intervention, My Wellbeing Guide, on the proposed primary outcome, depressive symptoms, in patients diagnosed with cancer who receive care at Northwestern Medicine and the University of Miami Health System. Eligible patients will be directly contacted by the study team for recruitment. The intervention includes cognitive behavioral therapy management strategies for health-related stress in the form of animated videos, interactive activities, and written content. The intervention will be delivered via an online application over an 7-week period. Intervention participants will also complete four assessments: baseline (at the beginning of the research study), post-intervention (7 weeks after baseline), a 6-month follow-up, and a 12-month follow up. Participants are randomized into either an intervention application (described above) or a control application (which will provide links to helpful resources for patients with cancer, such as the contact information for cancer support services at Northwestern University and the University of Miami, and the link to the National Cancer Institute website, and the American Cancer Society website.)
