Pemetrexed Response in Relation to Tumor Alterations of Gene Status for the Treatment of Patients With Metastatic Urothelial Bladder Cancer and Other Solid Tumors
Recruiting
This phase II trial tests how well pemetrexed works in treating patients with urothelial bladder cancer and other solid tumors that have spread from where they first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) with mutations that result in a loss of function in the MLL4-protein/KMT2D-gene or UTX-protein/KDM6A-gene or MTAP enzyme. Loss of function due to a genetic mutation means a gene's activity may be reduced or eliminated. Mutations that result in a loss of function in the... Read More

Exogenous and Endogenous Risk Factors for Early-onset Colorectal Cancer
Recruiting
An increase in early-onset colorectal cancers (eoCRC), defined as a CRC before 50 years, is confirmed globally. CRC pathogenesis has been associated with several risk factors (family history, germline pathogenic variants, obesity, alcohol, physical activity, red meat, and a Western diet). Design: an international, multicenter, retrospective case-control study of prospectively enrolled patients; low-risk intervention study as it will perform a fecal occult blood test Endpoint: predictive power... Prostate Ablation Registry and Database for Information, Surveillance, and Evaluation (PARADISE)
Recruiting
Prostate cancer (PCa) is the most commonly diagnosed non-cutaneous cancer of men in the world. In 2023 alone, it is estimated that 288,300 US men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer and 34,700 will die from the disease despite the approval of multiple systemic agents. Due to advances in screening and imaging technology, PCa is now detected much earlier in its disease course. Prostate gland ablation for prostate cancer might provide the option for a "middle" ground between active surveillance... Read More

Dosing Study of Radiation Combined With Tislelizumab and Pamiparib in Patients With Previously Treated Head and Neck Cancer
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and maximum tolerated dose of tislelizumab in combination with pamiparib plus chemoradiotherapy (chemotherapy and radiation) in individuals with recurrent head and neck cancer, which means that the person's cancer has come back after treatment. Participation in the study should last for about 15 months while participants receive tislelizumab and chemoradiotherapy with pamiparib. Afterwards, they will return to the clinic for foll... Abatacept in Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor Myocarditis
Recruiting
The primary aim is to test whether abatacept, as compared to placebo, is associated with a reduction in major adverse cardiac events (MACE) among participants hospitalized with myocarditis secondary to an immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI). The primary outcome, MACE, is a composite of first occurrence of cardiovascular death, non-fatal sudden cardiac arrest, cardiogenic shock, significant ventricular arrythmias, significant bradyarrythmias, or incident heart failure.

Studying Health Outcomes After Treatment in Patients With Retinoblastoma
Recruiting
This trial studies health outcomes after treatment in patients with retinoblastoma. Gathering health information over time from patients and family members through vision assessments, samples of tissue and saliva, and questionnaires may help doctors learn more about what causes retinoblastoma, identify long-term health outcomes for patients with retinoblastoma, and find out which therapies may be the best for treating retinoblastoma
