This phase III trial studies how well letrozole with or without paclitaxel and carboplatin works in treating patients with stage II-IV low-grade serous carcinoma of the ovary, fallopian tube, or peritoneum. Letrozole is an enzyme inhibitor that lowers the amount of estrogen made by the body which in turn may stop the growth of tumor cells that need estrogen to grow. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether giving letrozole alone or in combination with paclitaxel and carboplatin works better in treating patients with low-grade serous carcinoma of the ovary, fallopian tube, or peritoneum compared to paclitaxel and carboplatin without letrozole. The goal of this platform clinical trial is to test how well novel treatment combinations work in participants with lung cancer. Substudy-01 will compare the different novel combinations versus standard of care in participants with metastatic (cancer that has spread) non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have have not been treated before. Substudy-02 will compare the different novel combination versus standard of care in participants with cancer that has progressed after receiving previous treatment for metastatic NSCLC. Substudy-03 will compare the different novel combinations versus standard of care in participants with resectable stage II-III NSCLC. This study evaluates navtemadlin as maintenance treatment for patients with advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer (EC) who have achieved complete response or partial response on chemotherapy. The study will be conducted in 2 parts. Part 1 will evaluate safety and efficacy of two different doses of navtemadlin alongside an observational control arm to determine the Phase 3 navtemadlin dose. This is a Phase III open-label study to assess if camizestrant improves outcomes compared to standard endocrine therapy in patients with ER+/HER2 - early breast cancer with intermediate or high risk for disease recurrence who completed definitive locoregional therapy (with or without chemotherapy) and standard adjuvant endocrine therapy (ET) for at least 2 years and up to 5 years. Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the head and neck. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and pharmacokinetics of ABBV-514 as a monotherapy and in combination with Budigalimab. Budigalimab and ABBV-514 are investigational drugs being developed for the treatment of NSCLC, HNSCC, and other solid tumors. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. The maximum-tolerated dose (MTD)/maximum administered dose (MAD) of ABBV-514 will be explored. Each treatment arm receives a different dose of ABBV-514 in monotherapy and in combination with Budigalimab. Approximately 215 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across approximately 80 sites worldwide. Participants will receive ABBV-514 as a monotherapy or in combination with Budigalimab as an Intravenous (IV) Infusion for an estimated treatment period of up to 2 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic.
