This randomized phase III trial studies how well crizotinib works in treating patients with stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery and has a mutation in a protein called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK). Mutations, or changes, in ALK can make it very active and important for tumor cell growth and progression. Crizotinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the ALK protein from working. The FLEX Registry will be implemented to operate as a large-scale, population based, prospective registry. All patients with stage I to III breast cancer who receive MammaPrint® and BluePrint testing on a primary breast tumor are eligible for entry into the FLEX Registry, which is intended to enable additional study arms at low incremental effort and cost. This phase III trial studies how well letrozole with or without paclitaxel and carboplatin works in treating patients with stage II-IV low-grade serous carcinoma of the ovary, fallopian tube, or peritoneum. Letrozole is an enzyme inhibitor that lowers the amount of estrogen made by the body which in turn may stop the growth of tumor cells that need estrogen to grow. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether giving letrozole alone or in combination with paclitaxel and carboplatin works better in treating patients with low-grade serous carcinoma of the ovary, fallopian tube, or peritoneum compared to paclitaxel and carboplatin without letrozole. This study evaluates navtemadlin as maintenance treatment for patients with advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer (EC) who have achieved complete response or partial response on chemotherapy. The study will be conducted in 2 parts. Part 1 will evaluate safety and efficacy of two different doses of navtemadlin alongside an observational control arm to determine the Phase 3 navtemadlin dose. This is a multicenter, randomized, open-label study of Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) at 150 kHz to the thorax using the NovoTTF-200T System with IV pembrolizumab in subjects previously untreated for advanced or metastatic, PD-L1 positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The primary objective is to evaluate the progression-free survival (PFS) by RECIST 1.1 in subjects with TPS ≥1 percent, 1L metastatic/current advanced NSCLC treated with TTFields concomitant with pembrolizumab compared to those treated with pembrolizumab alone. The device is an experimental, portable, battery operated device for chronic administration of alternating electric fields (termed TTFields) to the region of the malignant tumor, by means of surface, insulated electrode arrays.
