BDTX-1535-101 is an open-label, Phase 1 dose escalation and Phase 2 multiple cohort study designed to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), optimal dosage, central nervous system (CNS) activity, and antitumor activity of BDTX-1535. The study population comprises adults with either advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with non-classical or acquired epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) resistance (EGFR C797S) mutations with or without CNS disease (in Phase 1 and Phase 2), or glioblastoma (GBM) expressing EGFR alterations (Phase 1 only). This phase I/II trial studies the safety, side effects and best dose of M3814 and to see how well it works when given together with radiation therapy in treating patients with pancreatic cancer that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced). M3814 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Hypofractionated radiation therapy delivers higher doses of radiation therapy over a shorter period of time and may kill more tumor cells and have fewer side effects. Giving M3814 and hypofractionated radiation therapy together may be safe, tolerable and/or more effective than radiation therapy alone in treating patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer. This is an open-label, dose escalation, multi-center, Phase I/II clinical trial aimed at assessing the safety and preliminary efficacy of an investigational ARTEMIS® ECT204 T-cell therapy. The trial is suitable for adult subjects (≥ 18 years of age) diagnosed with GPC3-positive HCC, who have failed or not tolerated at least two (2) different anti-HCC systemic agents.
