This is a Phase 3 global, multicenter, 52-week, open-label extension (OLE) rollover study for subjects completing study CN012-0026, CN012-0027 or CN012-0056. The purpose of this study is to measure the difference in time to developing or worsening memory, thinking, or functional problems due to Alzheimer's disease occurring in participants receiving study drug compared to placebo. Participation could last up to 255 weeks including screening, a double-blind treatment period, and a double-blind observation period. The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the clinical response to a drug combination type of polypill in patients with AD after 180 days of treatment. The anticipated study population are males and females aged 50-85 years with mild to severe Alzheimer's Disease.
