This research is being done to collect and store biological specimens (biospecimens) from people with cancer, regardless of tumor type, who are receiving treatments known or thought to have an effect on the immune system. The goal of this discovery and exploratory study is to: * Understand changes in the immune system associated with various cancer treatments, in order to better design new therapies or tests to predict how these treatments might work. * Identify risk factors for those who go on to develop side effects from immunotherapy. * Identify the molecular features associated with response and resistance to cancer therapies and immunotherapy using integrative genomic and immune repertoire characterization. * Capture and characterize systemic tumor burden by minimally invasive analyses of circulating tumor DNA. Participants may be asked to: * Donate samples of tumor, blood, lymph nodes, white blood cells, mouth cells (buccal smears) scraped from the inside of participant's cheek, urine, saliva, or other tissue samples. * Complete questionnaires about immunotherapy side effects at baseline and with follow-up appointments. * Undergo knee x-rays. * Allow the use of demographic and clinical information. This phase III trial studies how well standard systemic therapy with or without definitive treatment (prostate removal surgery or radiation therapy) works in treating participants with prostate cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Addition of prostate removal surgery or radiation therapy to standard systemic therapy for prostate cancer may lower the chance of the cancer growing or spreading. Read Less

PROMISE aims to create a comprehensive nationwide registry of prostate cancer patients with germline pathogenic variants by prospectively screening approximately 5,000 subjects with a confirmed prostate cancer diagnosis, either through tissue biopsy, PSA greater than 100 ng/dL and/or radiographic evidence of disease and receiving systemic therapy for prostate cancer. Patients at all stages of disease will be welcome to participate in the PROMISE Registry. Participants will be recruited \& screened over a five-year period. Study participants will be asked to provide a saliva sample to be tested for germline cancer risk variants through Color Health. If the results identify a pathogenic or likely pathogenic variant, an appointment with a genetic counselor from Color Health will be scheduled to discuss the results. Participants will complete a baseline demographic survey that includes self-reported health history, family history of cancer and standardized patient reported outcome (PRO) measures. PROMISE Registry staff will request medical records from the participant's cancer care provider(s) for the purpose of obtaining clinical data. Participants will receive bi-annual newsletters offering information on new developments in treatment and research opportunities, including clinical trials, associated with genetic variants. Eligible participants (those with target germline mutations) will be followed every 6 months to obtain updated health records data and patient-reported outcomes data. Participants will be followed for a minimum of 15 years. The PROMISE registry will help identify prostate cancer patients with pathogenic variants to learn more about how these variants affect patient outcomes. Ultimately, we hope to help patients learn more about their disease and the treatments that they may derive the most benefit from, including the germline genetic biomarker-based clinical trials they may be eligible for. This randomized phase III trial studies how well crizotinib works in treating patients with stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery and has a mutation in a protein called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK). Mutations, or changes, in ALK can make it very active and important for tumor cell growth and progression. Crizotinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the ALK protein from working. Crizotinib may be an effective treatment for patients with non-small cell lung cancer and an ALK fusion mutation. Read Less

The objective of this study is the acquisition of whole blood samples and serum samples from participants with untreated Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) and subjects undergoing Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) surveillance. The purpose of this research study is to compare the effects (good and bad) on women and their cancer using proton radiation therapy. This study is being done to see if proton radiation therapy will prove to be beneficial for women with early stage breast cancer. The purpose of this study is to see the effects of two different standard of care treatments of endometrial cancer on sexual dysfunction. This study will compare two standard of care treatments: HDR (high dose radiation) vaginal brachytherapy 3 fractions of 7 Gy to HDR vaginal brachytherapy 6 fractions of 4Gy for early stage endometrial cancer. Phase 1: The objective of the Phase 1 part of the clinical trial is to verify safety and tolerability (dose-limiting toxicity \[DLT\], maximum tolerated dose \[MTD\]) of a single 3.7 Giga-Becquerel (GBq) dose with the potential for one dose level de-escalation to 2.775 GBq if necessary, to determine the recommended \[177Lu\]Ludotadipep dose for use in the Phase 2a part of the trial. This phase II trial studies how well TPIV100 and sargramostim work in treating patients with HER2 positive, stage II-III breast cancer that has residual disease after chemotherapy prior to surgery. It also studies why some HER2 positive breast cancer patients respond better to chemotherapy in combination with trastuzumab and pertuzumab. TPIV100 is a type of vaccine made from HER2 peptide that may help the body build an effective immune response to kill tumor cells that express HER2. Sargramostim increases the number of white blood cells in the body following chemotherapy for certain types of cancer and is used to alert the immune system. It is not yet known if TPIV100 and sargramostim will work better in treating patients with HER2 positive, stage II-III breast cancer. Read Less

In this study, tumors of the pancreas are treated with a device placed around the abdomen that creates an electromagnetic field that generates heat in the tumor. Heating the tumor improves blood flow and the delivery of chemotherapy to the tumor as has been shown in numerous studies for various cancers with potential clinical benefits. Subjects will receive the thermal treatment on the same day and prior to receiving standard of care chemotherapy for a total of 4 treatments. This is a first in human phase 1 study of AG01 an anti-Progranulin/Glycoprotein88 (PGRN/GP88) antibody in patients with advanced solid tumors. AG01 is a recombinant monoclonal antibody expressed in a CHO production cell line. The antibody AG01 binds to human PGRN/GP88, expressed on cancer cells. This study will have a dose escalation portion (1A) to evaluate maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or maximum administered dose (MAD), the safety and tolerability of AG01treatment before the dose expansion portion (1B) of the study is initiated. The dose escalation portion of this study (1A) will also be used to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of AG01 antibody to be evaluated in the cohort expansion portion (1B). Read Less
