This phase II trial studies how well lutetium Lu 177 dotatate works in treating patients with prostate cancer with neuroendocrine differentiation that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Neuroendocrine differentiation refers to cells that have traits of both hormone-producing endocrine cells and nerve cells. These cells release hormones into the blood in response to a signal from the nervous system. Hormones are biological substances that circulate through the bloodstream to control the activity of other organs or cells in the body. Lutetium Lu 177-dotatate is a radioactive drug. It binds to a protein called somatostatin receptor, which is found on some neuroendocrine tumor cells. Lutetium Lu 177-dotatate builds up in these cells and gives off radiation that may kill them. It is a type of radioconjugate and a type of somatostatin analog. Treatment with Lutetium Lu 177 dotatate may shrink the tumor in a way that can be measured in patients with metastatic prostate cancer with neuroendocrine differentiation. Read Less

Background: Thymoma and thymic carcinoma are diseases of the thymus. Platinum-based chemotherapy is the standard treatment for these diseases. But in many cases, the disease returns after treatment. Researchers want to see if a new drug can help. Objective: To see if bintrafusp alfa (M7824) is an effective treatment for thymoma and thymic carcinoma. Eligibility: People age 18 and older who have thymoma or thymic cancer and their disease returned or progressed after treatment with at least one platinum-containing chemotherapy treatment plan. Design: Participants will be screened under a separate protocol. Their medical, medicine, and treatment history will be reviewed. They will have a tumor biopsy if they do not have a sample. Participants will get the study drug once every 2 weeks as an intravenous infusion. For this, a small plastic tube is put into an arm vein. During the study, participants will undergo the following: Medicine review Physical exam Review of their symptoms and their ability to perform their normal activities Blood and urine tests Thigh muscle scan (using MRI) Tumor assessment (using MRI or CT) Heart and lung function tests Thyroid gland test Skin assessment. Participants may have tumor biopsies. Some of their blood and biopsy samples will be used for gene testing. Participants may take the study drug until their disease worsens or they cannot tolerate treatment. Participants will have follow-up visits 2 and 6 weeks after stopping treatment. The purpose of this research study is to find out if adding radiation prior to chemoimmunotherapy and surgery is effective for people with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have the potential for surgery. Standard of Care Chemoimmunotherapy: For this study, standard of care chemotherapy will be used. This means this is the type of chemotherapy that is normal for your cancer. In addition to the chemotherapy, you will also receive the immunotherapy drug, nivolumab. This will be administered intravenously once every 3 weeks for up to 3 cycles (i.e. 9 weeks of total systemic therapy), prior to surgical resection assessment. This combination is made up of the chemotherapy drugs carboplatin or cisplatin along with pemetrexed, paclitaxel or gemcitabine, and the immunotherapy drug is nivolumab. The chemotherapy is used to kill cancer cells, and the immunotherapy enables your immune system to attack cancer cells. Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) SBRT is when radiation is delivered at higher doses over a smaller period of time. For this study, you will receive three doses of radiation delivered every other day, for three total days. The final dose of radiation will happen within 7 days of starting chemoimmunotherapy. You will be followed for up to 100 days following your last chemoimmunotherapy dose to monitor for potential side effects. Following this you will continue with your standard follow up with your doctor. During the standard follow-up time, study staff will review your charts to see if there have been any new updates with your cancer following treatment so they can tell how this treatment affects how long patients live and whether it helps avoid recurrence of the cancer. The purpose of this study is to compare the effects on low risk breast cancer receiving usual care that includes regional radiation therapy, with receiving no regional radiation therapy. Background: Prostate cancer is often treated with radiation and ADT (ADT is androgen deprivation therapy). Up to 30% of these cancers recur within 5 years of treatment. Researchers want to see if a new drug (M9241) can help the immune system to fight prostate cancer. Objective: To find what doses of M9241 are safe in people who are treated for prostate cancer. Also, to see what effects M9241 has on the immune system. Eligibility: People aged 18 and older with high- and intermediate-risk prostate cancer. Their cancer must not have spread to other parts of the body. Design: The study will last 7 months. Participants will be screened. They will share their medical history. They will also have: \<TAB\>A physical exam \<TAB\>Routine blood and urine tests \<TAB\>Imaging scans of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis \<TAB\>A bone scan \<TAB\>A tumor biopsy \<TAB\>A specialized MRI. Participants will lie face down on the MRI scanner table. An antenna that receives a signal may be placed in the rectum. All participants will be treated with radiation therapy and ADT. Some participants will also receive M9241 as an injection under the skin. This treatment will start 4 weeks after the radiation has ended. Participants will receive a total of 3 doses. The injections will be 4 weeks apart. Some screening tests will be repeated at each visit. Participants who do not receive M9241 will also have screening tests during the treatment period. This phase II trial studies the effect of DNA plasmid based vaccine (STEMVAC) in treating patients with patients with stage IB-III triple negative breast cancer. STEMVAC may wake up the immune system in patients who have had a diagnosis of triple negative breast cancer and have been treated. STEMVAC targets proteins that are expressed on breast cancer cells and works by boosting the immune system to recognize and destroy the invader cancer cell proteins that are causing the disease.
