Background: * Cancer has an enormous impact on the psychological and social well-being of the family unit. The life-threatening connotations of cancer single out the ill child from his peer/family group as one who is different, and often unable to maintain a normal lifestyle. Physical sequelae of cancer and its treatment accentuate the differences between these children and their normal peers/siblings. * It is important that children with cancer be prepared to function outside of protected situations and begin to develop skills of separation and independence. For healthy children, some of these latter skills are acquired by a camping experience. Such an experience for the patient with cancer is frequently precluded by their dependence on medical facilities and the physical limitations of their activities. * The goal of this study will be to assess the short and long term benefits of the "normalized" camping experience, provided in conjunction with Special Love, Inc., on the patients and staff. In particular, we will seek to determine whether such a comprehensive experience is capable of influencing the attitudes and life experiences of patients and staff in a positive manner. Objectives: -To evaluate the impact of an enriched normalized camping experience on the quality of life of the pediatric cancer patient. In particular, attempts will be made to measure the manner in which this experience influences the child's sense of well-being and self-esteem as well as his or her relationship with parents, family, and peers. Eligibility: * Children 7-17 years of age who are currently being treated for cancer or are up to 3 years post therapy OR Young adults with cancer (YACers) 18-25 years of age who are acting as counselors at Camp Fantastic * All children/young adults will be selected for camp after careful screening by a multidisciplinary committee consisting of medical and program directors. * At the discretion of the multidisciplinary committee consisting of medical and program directors, special exceptions may be made for children with extenuating circumstances. Design: * Assessment of benefit may include interviews with children and families before, during and following camp. Observational data on the child's performance at camp will be noted. * Medical and nursing personnel will consist of staff from the Pediatric Branch at the NCI, other units within the NIH, and participating institutions. * Special Love members, the Program Director at the 4-H Center camp (site of the camp) and Pediatric Branch staff at the NCI will coordinate the camp program, taking into account the medical needs of each camper. * Every attempt will be made to provide a full agenda of age appropriate activities for the patients. * The length of the camping experience for children with cancer will be for 7 days beginning on a Sunday and extending through the following Saturday morning. Background: The current standard treatment of prostate cancer is either surgery or radiation. Typically, this includes either the removal or radiation of the whole prostate gland. Many people now seek out focal therapy options to decrease the side effects of treatment. Until now, several forms of physical destruction with heat (thermal ablation), cold (cryotherapy), sound waves (HIFU), laser (FLA), and electrical energy (IRE). A new type of radiation (SBRT) may be an effective way to cure men of early-stage prostate cancer with fewer side effects than standard treatments. Objective: To see how people with untreated localized prostate cancer will respond to focal therapy with SBRT. Eligibility: People aged 18 years and older with untreated localized prostate cancer (prostate cancer which has not spread outside of the prostate gland). Design: * Participants will undergo screening including blood tests, an MRI, a PSMA PET/CT (18F-DCFPyL), and a biopsy. * Small, non-radioactive, gold seeds about the size of a grain of rice will be placed in and/or around the tumor to help target the radiation treatment. * Radiation (SBRT) will occur in 2 separate sessions about 1 week apart. No sedation is used, these sessions are painless. Each session will take about 1-2 hours. Participants can go home afterwards. * Follow-up will continue for 2 years with repeat scans (MRI and PSMA PET/CT) and blood (PSA) tests. * After two years, a biopsy will be done to understand the impact of this new treatment on prostate cancer. This phase III ALCHEMIST treatment trial tests the addition of pembrolizumab to usual chemotherapy for the treatment of stage IIA, IIB, IIIA or IIIB non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, pemetrexed, carboplatin, gemcitabine hydrochloride, and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving pembrolizumab with usual chemotherapy may help increase survival times in patients with stage IIA, IIB, IIIA or IIIB non-small cell lung cancer. Read Less

This phase I/II trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of iadademstat when given together with atezolizumab or durvalumab, and studies the effect of the combination in treating patients with small cell lung cancer that has spread outside of the lung in which it began or to other parts of the body (extensive stage) who initially received standard of care chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Iadademstat may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab or durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Adding iadademstat to either atezolizumab or durvalumab may be able to stabilize cancer for longer than atezolizumab or durvalumab alone in treating patients with extensive stage small cell lung cancer. This phase III trial compares durvalumab to the usual approach (patient observation) after surgery for the treatment of patients with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. The usual approach for patients who are not in a study is to closely watch a patient's condition after surgery and to have regular visits with their doctor to watch for signs of the cancer coming back. Usually, patients do not receive further treatment unless the cancer returns. This study will help determine whether this different approach with durvalumab is better, the same, or worse than the usual approach of observation. Giving durvalumab may help patients live longer and prevent early-stage non-small cell lung cancer from coming back as compared to the usual approach. Read Less

This phase II trial studies how well olaparib works in treating patients with bladder cancer and other genitourinary tumors with deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA)-repair defects that has spread to other places in the body (advanced or metastatic) and usually cannot be cured or controlled with treatment. Background: The National Cancer Institute Surgery Branch (NCI-SB) has developed experimental therapies that involve taking white blood cells from patients' tumor or from their blood, growing them in the laboratory in large numbers, and then giving the cells back to the patient. Objective: This study will allow patients to under screening and evaluation for participation in NC-SB Protocols. Eligibility: Patients 18 years or older must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for an NCI-SB treatment protocol. Background: Medical advances have improved survival rates for many cancers and other illnesses. This means that more people are coping with the long-term effects of these treatments. Some treatments can cause female infertility. Ovarian tissue cryopreservation (OTC) may help. Before undergoing a treatment that may damage their fertility, patients may opt to freeze a sample of ovarian tissue. The tissue contains immature egg cells. When thawed, the tissue can be reimplanted. This procedure can help women become pregnant. Objective: This natural history study will create a databank of ovarian tissue. The NIH will provide OTC as a clinical service. The NIH will also request a portion of the tissue to use for research. Eligibility: Females aged 4 to 35 who opt to have OTC before receiving cancer treatment. Design: Participants will be screened. Their existing medical records will be reviewed. They will be asked if they want to donate a portion of their ovarian tissue for research. No more than 20% of the tissue collected will be taken for research. Some other tissues that would otherwise be discarded will also be kept. Medical data from each participant may also be collected and stored in the database. This data may include results of routine blood tests, imaging tests, and other information. The data will be coded for privacy. Participants will answer a questionnaire. They will be asked about their fertility treatment and general health. The survey takes about 30 minutes. They will repeat the questionnaire once a year for 30 years. Read Less

Background: Gynecologic conditions are those that are related to the reproductive system. They can be reproductive gland disorders or reproductive system tumors. They can also be inborn anomalies of the reproductive tract. Researchers want to gather data over time from a large group of young people with these conditions. Objective: To create a database about child and teenage gynecologic conditions. Eligibility: Participants of any age with known or suspected pediatric and adolescent gynecologic conditions, and their adult family members Design: Participants will be screened with a review of their medical records. Participants may have a medical history and physical exam. Participants will have blood drawn using a needle. The blood will be used for genetic tests. Participants will have saliva collected. They will spit into a small plastic container. Or their spit will be absorbed from their mouth using a small sponge. The saliva will be used for genetic tests. Participants may have samples collected from their vagina. A small cotton swab will be used to gather the samples. This procedure is optional. If participants have a surgery related to their condition, a small tissue sample will be taken. It will be stored for future research. Participants may complete optional surveys. These surveys ask about their physical and emotional health. They can choose not to answer any of the questions. Researchers will collect medical data from participants standard tests. Such tests may include blood and urine tests, X-rays, nuclear medicine scans, and other tests. Data will also be collected from standard treatments they may receive. Read Less
