The purpose of this clinical study is to see whether an investigational injectable medication can help to treat symptoms of moderate to severe Atopic Dermatitis (eczema). You may qualify to participate if you were diagnosed with Atopic Dermatitis at least 1 year ago and are currently experiencing symptoms. Participants who qualify for the study will receive trial-related procedures and study medication at no cost. The site staff can provide you with additional details.

- Atopic dermatitis, or eczema, is a chronic skin disorder. Patients sometimes have infections with S. aureus bacteria. Researchers want to study how eczema treatments affect the number and the type of bacteria on the skin.
Objectives:
- To study the effect of eczema treatments on skin bacteria.
Eligibility:
Individuals between 2 and 25 years of age who have moderate to severe atopic dermatitis.
Healthy volunteers between 18 and 40 years of age with no history of eczema.

This study will examine microbes (e.g., bacteria, fungi, viruses) that live on human skin and how microbes contribute to health and disease. It will analyze healthy human skin and how the these microorganisms might change in patients with atopic dermatitis (AD), a skin condition also known as eczema.
