The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, dosimetry and preliminary efficacy of \[177Lu\]Lu-NNS309 and the safety and imaging properties of \[68Ga\]Ga-NNS309 in patients aged ≥ 18 years with locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), HR+/HER2- ductal and lobular breast cancer (BC), triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) and colorectal cancer (CRC). This phase III trial compares an additional support program (text message reminders and/or telephone-based counseling) with usual care in making sure breast cancer patients take their endocrine therapy medication as prescribed (medication adherence). Medication adherence is how well patients take the medication as prescribed by their doctors, and good medical adherence is when patients take medications correctly. Poor medication adherence has been shown to be a serious barrier to effective treatment for hormone receptor positive breast cancer patients. Adding text message reminders and/or telephone-based counseling to usual care may increase the number of days that patients take their endocrine therapy medication as prescribed. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the efficacy, safety and tolerability of the combination of lasofoxifene and abemaciclib compared to fulvestrant and abemaciclib for the treatment of pre- and postmenopausal women and men who have previously received ribociclib or palbociclib-based treatment and have locally advanced or metastatic estrogen receptor positive (ER+)/human epidermal growth factor 2 negative (HER2-) breast cancer with an estrogen receptor 1 (ESR1) mutation. This research is being done to assess whether an exercise intervention with protein intake support vs a health education and support program will make it easier for women age 65 or older who are receiving chemotherapy for breast cancer to receive all of their planned chemotherapy according to schedule and at the planned dose. This is a Phase III open-label study to assess if camizestrant improves outcomes compared to standard adjuvant endocrine therapy for patients with ER+/HER2- early breast cancer with intermediate-high or high risk for disease recurrence who completed definitive locoregional therapy (with or without chemotherapy).
