This research is being done to determine whether acupuncture can help prevent or lessen chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN), a side effect of some kinds of chemotherapy that causes pain, numbness, tingling, swelling, or muscle weakness mostly in the hands or feet. This research will also help determine whether acupuncture can improve quality of life in patients receiving taxane-based chemotherapy for the treatment of breast cancer. The goal of this study is to better understand how to best treat participants with advanced bladder cancer who may not be able to tolerate all of the chemotherapy drugs that have been shown to be effective. In this study, investigators are assessing the role of the survey, the Geriatric-8, and its ability to predict outcomes in older participants undergoing cancer treatments. This trial studies how well paclitaxel, trastuzumab, and pertuzumab work in eliminating further chemotherapy after surgery in patients with HER2-positive stage II-IIIa breast cancer who have no cancer remaining at surgery (either in the breast or underarm lymph nodes) after pre-operative chemotherapy and HER2-targeted therapy. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Trastuzumab and pertuzumab are both a form of "targeted therapy" because they work by attaching themselves to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of tumor cells, known as HER2 receptors. When these drugs attach to HER2 receptors, the signals that tell the cells to grow are blocked and the tumor cell may be marked for destruction by the body's immune system. Giving paclitaxel, trastuzumab, and pertuzumab may enable fewer chemotherapy drugs to be given without compromising patient outcomes compared to the usual treatment. Read Less

Participants are invited to take part in this research study because they have relapsed (cancer has come back) or refractory (cancer has not responded to treatment) B-cell Lymphoma and will be undergoing CAR T-cell Therapy. This research is being done to see if a new radiation therapy administration schedule will positively impact the logistics, time, cost, and side effects of radiation therapy. In this research study, participants will receive radiation therapy once weekly for 5 weeks. This is a novel administration schedule and we're looking to see how this schedule impacts side effects participants may experience, the time spent receiving radiation therapy, how much radiation therapy participants can receive, and how effective this new schedule is. Researchers are studying thyroid cancer in children and families, with a particular interest in understanding genes and other factors that may put individuals at risk for developing thyroid cancer and thyroid nodules. * In this study, family and medical history information is collected alongside a blood or saliva sample for genetic studies. * Individuals with a past or present childhood thyroid cancer/nodule or a thyroid cancer suspected to be inherited in their family are invited to participate.
