CRC is the third most common type of cancer diagnosed worldwide with developed countries at highest risk. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when telisotuzumab adizutecan is given in combination with oxaliplatin, fluorouracil (5FU), leucovorin (LV) (FOLFOX), and bevacizumab or panitumumab. Telisotuzumab adizutecan is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of mCRC. Fluorouracil and leucovorin are drugs approved for the treatment of mCRC. This study will be divided into two stages, with the first stage treating participants with increasing doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan with FOLFOX and bevacizumab or 5FU/LV and panitumumab until the dose reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. Participants will then be randomized into 3 groups called treatment arms where one group will receive one of two optimized doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan from the dose escalation phase with FOLFOX and bevacizumab or 5FU/LV and panitumumab, or a comparator of FOLFOX and bevacizumab or panitumumab. Approximately 390 adult participants with mCRC will be enrolled in the study in 100 sites worldwide. In the dose escalation stage participants will be treated with increasing intravenous (IV) doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan with FOLFOX and bevacizumab or 5FU/LV and panitumumab until the dose reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In the dose optimization stage participants will be receive FOLFOX or receive 5FU/LV, but with one of two optimized doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan, or a comparator of FOLFOX and bevacizumab/pantitumumab. The study will run for a duration of approximately 6 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). A standard treatment for endometrial cancer is chemotherapy and pembrolizumab together followed by pembrolizumab maintenance for two years. This treatment regimen has shown benefit in terms of delaying cancer progression in prior clinical trials, but the benefit of the pembrolizumab maintenance treatment and whether all participants need it is unclear. This research is being done on the maintenance portion of treatment to compare the efficacy between the combination of letrozole + abemaciclib and pembrolizumab alone following chemotherapy and pembrolizumab. This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of intravesical administration of EG-70 in the bladder and its effect on bladder tumors in patients with NMIBC. This study study consists of two phases; a Phase 1 dose-escalation to establish safety and recommended the phase 2 dose, followed by a Phase 2 study to establish how effective the treatment is. An open-label, controlled, multi-site, interventional, 2-arm, Phase II/III trial of BNT113 in combination with pembrolizumab vs pembrolizumab monotherapy as first line treatment in patients with unresectable recurrent or metastatic HPV16+ HNSCC expressing programmed cell death ligand-1 (PD-L1) with combined positive score (CPS) ≥1. This trial has two parts. Part A, is an initial non-randomized Safety Run-In Phase to confirm the safety and tolerability at the selected dose range level of BNT113 in combination with pembrolizumab. Part B, is a randomized part to generate pivotal efficacy and safety data of BNT113 in combination with pembrolizumab versus pembrolizumab monotherapy in the first line setting in patients with unresectable recurrent or metastatic HPV16+ HNSCC expressing PD-L1 with CPS ≥1. Patients included in the Safety Run-In Phase of the trial (Part A) will not be randomized to Part B and will continue on-trial treatment (BNT113 plus pembrolizumab) within Part A. For Part B, an optional pre-screening phase is available for all patients where patients' tumor samples may be submitted for central HPV16 DNA and central PD-L1 expression testing prior to screening into the main trial. The purpose of this study is to examine the usefulness of implanting small 24-K gold fiducial markers around a bladder tumor site, so that a Radiation Oncologist can identify the original tumor location at the time of radiation treatment. Other goals of the study include assessing whether a new MRI imaging technology can help with detection of bladder cancer earlier and more accurately when evidence of bladder cancer is not visible by scope. This study is researching an investigational drug called REGN5668 : * alone or, * combined with cemiplimab (also known as REGN2810) or, * combined with both cemiplimab and fianlimab (also known as REGN3767), or * combined with ubamatamab (also known as REGN4018), with or without sarilumab. The main purposes of this study are to: * Learn about the safety and profile of any side effects from the study drugs and to determine the highest, safe dose that can be given to participants with ovarian cancer or cancer of the uterus * Look for signs that the study drugs can treat ovarian cancer or cancer of the uterus This study has 2 parts. The purpose of Part 1 (Escalation) is to find the highest, safe dose of the study drug(s). The purpose of Part 2 (Expansion) is to use the doses chosen in Part 1. The National Liver Cancer Screening Trial is an adaptive randomized phase IV Trial comparing ultrasound-based versus biomarker-based screening in 5500 patients with cirrhosis from any etiology or patients with chronic hepatitis B infection. Eligible patients will be randomized in a 1:1 fashion to Arm A using semi-annual ultrasound and AFP-based screening or Arm B using semi-annual screening using GALAD alone. Randomization will be stratified by sex, enrolling site, Child Pugh class (A vs. B), and HCC etiology (viral vs. non-viral). Patients will be recruited from 15 sites (mix of tertiary care and large community health systems) over a 3-year period, and the primary endpoint of the phase IV trial, reduction in late-stage HCC, will be assessed after 5.5 years.
