Studying samples of blood in the laboratory from patients receiving dexrazoxane hydrochloride may help doctors learn more about the effects of dexrazoxane hydrochloride on cells. Participants are invited to take part in this research study because they have relapsed (cancer has come back) or refractory (cancer has not responded to treatment) B-cell Lymphoma and will be undergoing CAR T-cell Therapy. This research is being done to see if a new radiation therapy administration schedule will positively impact the logistics, time, cost, and side effects of radiation therapy. In this research study, participants will receive radiation therapy once weekly for 5 weeks. This is a novel administration schedule and we're looking to see how this schedule impacts side effects participants may experience, the time spent receiving radiation therapy, how much radiation therapy participants can receive, and how effective this new schedule is. The purpose of this study is to test any good and bad effects of the study drug called ruxolitinib. Ruxolitinib works by blocking a protein called JAK. JAK works along with another protein called STAT and is important for survival of many T or NK-cell lymphomas. By blocking JAK, ruxolitinib may cause T or NK-cell lymphomas to shrink. Read Less

Phase 1 will evaluate the safety and tolerability at different dose levels of repotrectinib in pediatric and young adult subjects with advanced or metastatic malignancies harboring anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), receptor tyrosine kinase encoded by the gene ROS1 (ROS1), or neurotrophic receptor kinase genes encoding TRK kinase family (NTRK1-3) alterations to estimate the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) or Maximum Administered Dose (MAD) and select the Pediatric Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D). This phase III trial tests whether continuous or intermittent zanubrutinib after achieving a complete remission (CR) with rituximab works in older adult patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) who have not received treatment in the past (previously untreated). Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Zanubrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. When zanubrutinib is used in MCL, the current standard of care is to continue administering the drug indefinitely until disease progression. This continuous treatment comes with clinical as well as financial toxicity, which could be especially detrimental in older patients. For patients who achieve a CR after initial zanubrutinib plus rituximab therapy, it may be safe and equally effective to stop treatment and restart zanubrutinib upon disease progression rather than continuing indefinitely in previously untreated older adult patients with MCL. This phase II trial studies the effect of duvelisib or CC-486 and usual chemotherapy consisting of cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, etoposide, and prednisone in treating patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Duvelisib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as CC-486, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, etoposide and prednisone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This trial may help find out if this approach is better or worse than the usual approach for treating peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the effectiveness of Reduced Dose Post-Transplant Cyclophosphamide (PTCy) in patients with hematologic malignancies after receiving an HLA-Mismatched Unrelated Donor (MMUD) . This is a two-part study of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in pediatric participants who have any of the following types of cancer: advanced melanoma (6 months to <18 years of age), advanced, relapsed or refractory programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1)-positive malignant solid tumor or other lymphoma (6 months to <18 years of age), relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma (rrcHL) (3 years to <18 years of age), or advanced relapsed or refractory microsatellite-instability-high (MSI-H) solid tumors (6 months to <18 years of age), or advanced relapsed or refractory tumor-mutational burden-high ≥10 mutation/Mb (TMB-H) solid tumors (6 months to <18 years of age), or with adjuvant treatment of resected high-risk Stage IIB, IIC, III, or IV melanoma in children 12 years to <18 years of age Part 1 will find the maximum tolerated dose (MTD)/maximum administered dose (MAD), confirm the dose, and find the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) for pembrolizumab therapy. Part 2 will further evaluate the safety and efficacy at the pediatric RP2D. The primary hypothesis of this study is that intravenous (IV) administration of pembrolizumab to children with either advanced melanoma; a PD-L1 positive advanced, relapsed or refractory solid tumor or other lymphoma; advanced, relapsed or refractory MSI-H solid tumor; or rrcHL, will result in an Objective Response Rate (ORR) greater than 10% for at least one of these types of cancer. The 10% assessment does not apply to the MSI-H and TMB-H cohorts.
