The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called PF-07799933) administered as a single agent and in combination with other study medicines (called binimetinib) in people with solid tumors. This study is seeking participants who have an advanced solid tumor with a certain type of abnormal gene called "BRAF" and available treatments are no longer effective in controlling their cancer. All participants in this study will receive PF-07799933. PF-07799933 comes as a tablet to take by mouth, 2 times a day. Depending on the part of the study, participants may also receive another study medicine: * People with melanoma or other solid tumors may also receive binimetinib. Binimetinib comes as a tablet to take by mouth, 2 times a day. * People with colorectal cancer may also receive cetuximab. Cetuximab will be given weekly (or every two weeks) in the clinic as a shot given in the vein or port (intravenous, IV). Participants may receive the study medicines for about 2 years. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the experimental antibody COM701 delays the progression of ovarian cancer in participants with Relapsed Platinum Sensitive Ovarian Cancer. It will also learn about the safety of COM701. The main questions the trial aims to answer are: * Does COM701, when used as a maintenance treatment, stop or slow the progression of ovarian cancer? * Does COM701 delay the time to needing a new anti-cancer treatment? * What side effects do participants have when taking COM701? This study is open to adults aged 18 years and older with different types of HER2+ cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery. People can take part in this study if their tumours show HER2 aberrations and previous treatment was not successful. The purpose of this study is to find a suitable dose of zongertinib that people with different types of HER2+ cancer that has spread can tolerate best when taken together with trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd), with trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1), or with trastuzumab and capecitabine. Another purpose is to check whether zongertinib alone and in combination with other treatments can make tumours shrink. Zongertinib inhibits HER2. HER2 causes cancer cells to grow. In this study, participants receive treatment in cycles. Study participants are treated with zongertinib alone or in combination with other treatments. This study has 2 parts. In Part 1, participants in different groups receive increasing doses of zongertinib. In Part 2, participants are put into different groups by chance. Each group receives a different dose of zongertinib. Every participant has an equal chance of being in each group. During the study, the participants visit the study site regularly. In this study, researchers want to find the highest dose of zongertinib that participants can tolerate when taken together with other treatments. To find this out, researchers look at certain severe health problems that a number of participants have.
