This is a multinational, multi-center, observational, prospective, longitudinal disease registry designed to collect data on participants with cold agglutinin disease (CAD) or cold agglutinin syndrome (CAS). Among them, a minimum of 30 patients with CAD treated with sutimlimab are expected to take part in the sutimlimab cohort study. Patients with CAD who have been enrolled in previous sutimlimab clinical trials (e.g., BIVV009-01/LTS16214 \[NCT02502903,CAD patients\], BIVV009-03/EFC16215 \[NCT03347396\], and BIVV009-04/EFC16216 \[NCT03347422\]) and who either completed or discontinued the corresponding clinical trial are eligible to participate in the registry. The purpose of the study is to quantitatively characterize the flow in the pelvic venous structures using 2D and 4D flow MRI with the objective of establishing physiologic and pathologic parameters for downstream computational fluid dynamics analysis. Arm 1: To establish the baseline flow characteristics of the iliac veins in patients with no imaging evidence of iliac venous disease. Arm 2: To assess the flow characteristics of the iliac veins in patients with left iliac vein compression syndrome (a.k.a. May-Thurner syndrome). The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if education about additional task lighting, enhanced contrast, enlarged print instructions, smart apps and organizational strategies will improve medication management skills. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does additional task lighting, enhanced contrast, enlarged print instructions, smart apps and organizational strategies improve medication management skills, reduce errors and improve functional use of remaining vision for this task? Participants will: Oftentimes, the client is unaware of these strategies which may improve occupational performance during a valued activity. Clients with AMD, DR or Glaucoma who choose to receive the one hour OT service will be provided with 1:1 education regarding the devices and strategies that may improve their ability to perform medication management skills. The central hypothesis of ROMA:Women is that the use of multiple arterial grafting (MAG) will improve clinical outcomes and quality of life (QOL) compared to single arterial grfating (SAG). The specific aims of ROMA:Women are: Aim 1: Determine the impact of MAG vs SAG on major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events in women undergoing coronary artery bypass grfating (CABG). The investigators will compare major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events (death, stroke, non-procedural myocardial infarction, repeat revascularization, and hospital readmission for acute coronary syndrome or heart failure) in a cohort of 2,000 women randomized 1:1 to MAG or SAG (690 from the parent ROMA trial + 1,310 from ROMA:Women). Differences by important clinical and surgical subgroups (patients younger or older than 70 years, diabetics, racial and ethnic minorities, on vs off pump CABG, type of arterial grafts used) will also be evaluated. The women enrolled in the ongoing ROMA trial (anticipated to be approximately 690) will be included in ROMA:Women, increasing efficiency and reducing enrollment time. Hypothesis 1.0. MAG will reduce the incidence of major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events. Hypothesis 1.1. The improvement with MAG will be consistent across key subgroups. Aim 2: Determine the impact of MAG vs SAG on generic and disease-specific QOL, physical and mental health symptoms in women undergoing CABG. The investigators will compare generic (SF-12, EQ-5D) and disease-specific (Seattle Angina Questionnaire) QOL and physical and mental health symptoms (PROMIS-29) in a sub-cohort of 500 women randomized 1:1 to MAG or SAG (including those enrolled in ROMA:QOL). Differences by important subgroups (as defined above) will also be evaluated. Hypothesis 2.0. MAG will improve generic and disease-specific QOL compared to SAG. Hypothesis 2.1. In individuals with overweight/obesity, increases in physical activity (PA) can improve metabolic and cardiovascular health, independent of weight loss. However, PA levels are often low in individuals with overweight/obesity, and primary care providers (PCPs) are tasked with addressing this issue. The investigative team developed and successfully piloted integrating a Fitbit program into clinical care, where patients were referred by PCPs, and PCPs could view PA data in the Epic electronic health record. Though feasible, PCPs wanted additional support for PA management. The investigative team proposes a reimbursable service of a health coach to work collaboratively with PCPs, to deliver a Fitbit-supported PA program to patients with overweight/obesity who have been prescribed a weight loss medication for weight loss for a minimum of 3 months. In Aim 1, the team will enroll PCPs to refer patients to a 12-week health coaching program. In Aim 2, the team will conduct interviews with enrolled patients/PCPs to understand their perspectives on the program, and with new sites to establish relationships for a future R01 submission.
