This phase 2 trial studies the side effects and best dose of tazemetostat and zanubrutinib in combination with tafasitamab and lenalidomide, and to see how well these combinations work in treating patients with large B-cell lymphoma that returned or did not respond to earlier treatment. Tazemetostat is in a class of medications called EZH2 inhibitors. It helps to stop the spread of cancer cells. Zanubrutinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps stop the spread of cancer cells. tafasitamab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Lenalidomide is in a class of medications called immunomodulatory agents. It works by helping the bone marrow to produce normal blood cells and by killing abnormal cells in the bone marrow. The addition of tazemetostat or zanubrutinib to tafasitamab and lenalidomide may be able to shrink the cancer or extend the time without cancer symptoms coming back. Read Less

This phase I/II trial evaluates the highest safe dose, side effects, and possible benefits of tegavivint in treating patients with solid tumors that has come back (recurrent) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Tegavivint interferes with the binding of beta-catenin to TBL1, which may help stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the signals passed from one molecule to another inside a cell that tell a cell to grow. This study examines the impact of social and genetic factors on outcomes in adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer survivors of Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Compared to both older adult and childhood cancer patients, AYAs with cancer experience different diagnoses and specific biological, clinical, psychological and social factors that affect their risks for post-treatment morbidity and premature death. Collecting samples of blood samples and health and treatment information from cancer survivors of Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma may help doctors identify conditions that increase the likelihood of AYAs getting sick and dying after treatment of cancer and better understand how to address the needs of adolescent and young adult cancer survivors. Brief Summary: This study will test the safety, including side effects, and determine the characteristics of a drug called PRO1160 in participants with solid tumors. Participants will have solid tumor or liquid cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable). This Phase 1/2 study will have two parts. Part A of the study will find out how much and how frequently PRO1160 should be given to participants. Part B will use the dose and schedule found in Part A to find out how safe PRO1160 is and if it works to treat the diseases under study. The diseases under study will be Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC),Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) and Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL). Read Less

This is a prospective, multi-center, Phase II study of hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) using human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-mismatched unrelated donors (MMUD) for peripheral blood stem cell transplant in adults and bone marrow stem cell transplant in children. Post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy), tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) will be used for for graft versus host disease (GVHD) prophylaxis.
