This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, repeat-dose, multicenter trial. Participants will be screened within 6 weeks prior to the Baseline (Day 1) Visit. Approximately 300 participants who meet the trial eligibility criteria will be randomized on Day 1 in a 1:1:1 ratio to receive HZN-825 300 mg QD, HZN-825 300 mg BID or placebo for 52 weeks. The trial will include up to a 42-day Screening Period and a 52-week Double-blind Treatment Period. Participants will take their first dose of trial drug at the clinic and will participate in trial visits at Week 4 and every 6 weeks thereafter until Week 52. All participants who complete the Double-blind Treatment Period (Week 52) will be eligible to enter a 52-week extension trial (HZNP-HZN-825-302, NCT05626751). Participants not entering the extension trial will participate in a Safety Follow-up Visit 4 weeks after the last dose of trial drug. Read Less

This randomized, controlled, pivotal study is intended to determine whether up to ten sequential 24-hour treatments with the Selective Cytopheretic Device (SCD) will improve survival in patients with Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) requiring continuous kidney replacement therapy (CKRT) when compared to CKRT alone (standard of care). This study is further intended to determine whether SCD therapy will reduce the duration of maintenance dialysis secondary to AKI. The study will determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of livmoniplimab (ABBV-151) administered as monotherapy and in combination with budigalimab (ABBV-181) as well as to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary efficacy of livmoniplimab alone and in combination with budigalimab. This is the first study of AMT-130 in patients with early manifest HD and is designed to establish safety and proof-of-concept (PoC). CT-AMT-130-01 is a Phase I/II, randomized, multicenter, multiple dose, double-blind, imitation surgery, first-in-human (FIH) study. Cohort 3 participants will receive either high or low dose (1:1 randomization). This study is open to adults aged 18 and older or above legal age who have systemic sclerosis. People can participate if they have a specific subtype called diffuse cutaneous systemic sclerosis. People with another subtype called limited cutaneous systemic sclerosis can also participate if they are anti Scl-70 antibody positive. Systemic sclerosis is also called scleroderma. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called Avenciguat (BI 685509) helps people with scleroderma who have symptoms due to lung fibrosis or vascular problems. Participants are put into 2 groups by chance. One group takes Avenciguat (BI 685509) tablets 3 times a day and the other group takes placebo tablets 3 times a day. Placebo tablets look like BI 685509 tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants take the tablets for at least 11 months. Afterwards, participants can continue to take the tablets until the last participant has completed the 11-months treatment period. This means that the time in the study and duration of treatment is different for each participant, depending on when they start the study. At the beginning of the study, participants visit the study site every 2 weeks. The time between the visits to the study site gets longer over the course of the study. After the 11-months treatment period, participants visit the study site every 3 months. During the study, participants regularly do lung function tests. The results are compared between the 2 groups to see whether the treatment works. The participants also regularly fill in questionnaires about their scleroderma symptoms. The goal of this observational study is to determine if nerve transfer surgeries improve upper extremity function and quality of life in patients with a high level cervical spinal cord injury. Participants will: undergo standard of care pre- and post-op testing and study exams complete pre- and post-questionnaires undergo standard of care nerve transfer surgeries follow-up with surgeon at 6/12/18/24/36 and potentially at 48 months attend therapy at local therapist for up to 2 years postop. This study is open to adults with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called spesolimab helps people with HS. People who have previously taken specific medicines such as immunosuppressive biologics other than Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitors cannot take part. This study has 2 parts. In Part 1, participants are divided into 4 groups of almost equal size. 3 groups get different doses of spesolimab, 1 group gets placebo. All participants get injections into a vein or under the skin. Placebo injections look like spesolimab injections, but do not contain any medicine. Every participant has an equal chance of being in each group. In the beginning, participants get the study medicine every week and later every 2 weeks. After 4 months, participants in the placebo group switch to spesolimab treatment. In Part 2, participants are divided into 2 groups. One group gets a suitable dose of spesolimab that was found in Part 1 of the study. The other group gets placebo. After 4 months, participants in the placebo group switch to spesolimab treatment. Participants join only one of the two parts. They are in the study for about 1 year. During this time, they visit the study site in the beginning every week and later every 2 weeks. Some of the visits can be done at the participant's home instead of the study site. The doctors regularly check participants' HS symptoms. The results are compared between the groups to see whether spesolimab works. The doctors also regularly check participants' general health and take note of any unwanted effects. Read Less

In this study the investigators are proposing to evaluate the efficacy, sustainability, and mechanisms of 3 months of individualized counseling of the FRD delivered by registered dietitians, over 8 sessions by phone/video conferencing on fatigue, quality of life, and associated symptoms in persistently fatigued lymphoma cancer survivors compared to 3 months of individualized counseling of the attention control (matched for time and frequency of interactions with the FRD) the General Health Curriculum (GHC). The investigators will randomize and follow 68 lymphoma cancer survivors; accounting for a ~10% drop out rate to achieve a target of 60 patients that will complete the study. The investigators hypothesize that persistently fatigued lymphoma cancer survivors will experience improvements in fatigue, quality of life, and symptoms commonly associated with fatigue, which are then maintained at 15-months post-enrollment; and decreased CRP and alterations in inflammation-associated DNA methylation consistent with reduced inflammation from following the FRD as compared to the GHC.
