This clinical trial is studying the safety and potential anti-tumor activity of an investigational drug called ARV-393 in patients diagnosed with advanced Relapsed/Refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma to determine if ARV-393 may be a possible treatment option. ARV-393 is thought to work by breaking down a protein present in many types of non-Hodgkins lymphomas, which may prevent, slow or stop tumor growth. This phase II trial studies how well obinutuzumab with or without umbralisib, lenalidomide, or combination chemotherapy work in treating patients with grade I-IIIa follicular lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Immunotherapy with obinutuzumab, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Umbralisib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, use substances made from living organisms that may stimulate or suppress the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone, and bendamustine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether giving obinutuzumab with or without umbralisib, lenalidomide, or combination chemotherapy will work better in treating patients with grade I-IIIa follicular lymphoma. This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter study to determine the efficacy and safety of JCAR017 in adult subjects with relapsed or refractory CLL or SLL. The study will include a Phase 1 part to determine the recommended dose of JCAR017 monotherapy in subjects with relapsed or refractory CLL or SLL, followed by a Phase 2 part to further assess the efficacy and safety of JCAR017 monotherapy treatment at the recommended dose. A separate Phase 1 cohort will assess the combination of JCAR017 and concurrent ibrutinib. Another separate Phase 1 cohort will assess the combination of JCAR017 and concurrent venetoclax. In this study the investigators are proposing to evaluate the efficacy, sustainability, and mechanisms of 3 months of individualized counseling of the FRD delivered by registered dietitians, over 8 sessions by phone/video conferencing on fatigue, quality of life, and associated symptoms in persistently fatigued lymphoma cancer survivors compared to 3 months of individualized counseling of the attention control (matched for time and frequency of interactions with the FRD) the General Health Curriculum (GHC). The investigators will randomize and follow 68 lymphoma cancer survivors; accounting for a ~10% drop out rate to achieve a target of 60 patients that will complete the study. The investigators hypothesize that persistently fatigued lymphoma cancer survivors will experience improvements in fatigue, quality of life, and symptoms commonly associated with fatigue, which are then maintained at 15-months post-enrollment; and decreased CRP and alterations in inflammation-associated DNA methylation consistent with reduced inflammation from following the FRD as compared to the GHC. This study is researching an experimental drug called odronextamab, referred to as study drug, when used in combination with chemotherapy. The study is focused on patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that have not been treated before (called "previously untreated"), have come back after treatment (called "relapsed"), or have not responded to treatment (called "refractory"). This study will be made up of Part 1a, Part 1b, and Part 2.The aim of Part 1a and Part 1b of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug in combination with chemotherapy is and to determine the dose and schedule of the study drug to be combined with chemotherapy in Part 2 of the study. The aim of Part 2 of the study is to see how effective the combination of the study drug with chemotherapy is in comparison with the combination of rituximab and chemotherapy, the current standard of care treatment approved for Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Standard of care means the usual medication expected and used when receiving treatment for a condition. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: What side effects may happen from taking the study drug when combined with chemotherapy How much study drug is in your blood at different times Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects) The impact from the study drug on your quality of life and ability to complete routine daily activities Read Less

This study will include participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) Multiple Myeloma (MM). MM is a type of cancer of the blood. This study will also include participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). DLBCL is also a type of cancer of the blood. They are referred to as 'relapsed' when the disease has come back after treatment and 'refractory' when treatment no longer works. The study has 2 main parts, called phase 1 and phase 1b. The main objective of both parts will be to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug, called EZM0414. The main objective of phase 1b will also be to determine the effectiveness of EZM0414. During phase 1 six dose levels will be tested to obtain the most tolerated dose. Participants will receive study drug at the assigned dose level every 28 days. During phase 1b participants will receive study drug at the maximum tolerated dose in 28-day cycles. Read Less
