This Pediatric MATCH screening and multi-sub-study phase II trial studies how well treatment that is directed by genetic testing works in pediatric patients with solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphomas, or histiocytic disorders that have progressed following at least one line of standard systemic therapy and/or for which no standard treatment exists that has been shown to prolong survival. Genetic tests look at the unique genetic material (genes) of patients' tumor cells. Patients with genetic changes or abnormalities (mutations) may benefit more from treatment which targets their tumor's particular genetic mutation, and may help doctors plan better treatment for patients with solid tumors or non-Hodgkin lymphomas. This phase II Pediatric MATCH trial studies how well ensartinib works in treating patients with solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders with ALK or ROS1 genomic alterations that have come back (recurrent) or does not respond to treatment (refractory) and may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, best dose and effectiveness of lenalidomide when added to nivolumab and the usual drugs (rituximab and methotrexate) in patients with primary central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma. Lenalidomide may stop or slow primary CNS lymphoma by blocking the growth of new blood vessels necessary for tumor growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Methotrexate is frequently combined with other chemotherapy agents to improve response. This study may help increase the understanding of lenalidomide and nivolumab use in primary CNS lymphoma treatment. In addition, it may help researchers see whether the control of CNS lymphoma can be extended by using these study drugs as maintenance (prolonged therapy) after control is achieved with the initial chemotherapy regimen (induction). The purpose of this study is to compare efficacy of coformulated favezelimab/pembrolizumab (MK-4280A) with physician's choice chemotherapy of bendamustine or gemcitabine in participants with PD-(L)1-refractory, relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin Lymphoma. The study will also assess the safety and tolerability of coformulated favezelimab/pembrolizumab. The primary study hypotheses are that coformulated favezelimab/pembrolizumab is superior to physician's choice chemotherapy with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS). In this study the investigators are proposing to evaluate the efficacy, sustainability, and mechanisms of 3 months of individualized counseling of the FRD delivered by registered dietitians, over 8 sessions by phone/video conferencing on fatigue, quality of life, and associated symptoms in persistently fatigued lymphoma cancer survivors compared to 3 months of individualized counseling of the attention control (matched for time and frequency of interactions with the FRD) the General Health Curriculum (GHC). The investigators will randomize and follow 68 lymphoma cancer survivors; accounting for a ~10% drop out rate to achieve a target of 60 patients that will complete the study. The investigators hypothesize that persistently fatigued lymphoma cancer survivors will experience improvements in fatigue, quality of life, and symptoms commonly associated with fatigue, which are then maintained at 15-months post-enrollment; and decreased CRP and alterations in inflammation-associated DNA methylation consistent with reduced inflammation from following the FRD as compared to the GHC. The participants of this study would have relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma. Follicular lymphoma is a type of blood cancer. It is referred to as 'relapsed' when the disease has come back after a period of improvement after that follows a treatment regimen and 'refractory' when treatment no longer works. Stage 1 of this trial will study the safety and the level that adverse effects of each of the study drug combinations can be tolerated (known as tolerability). It is also designed to establish a recommended study drug dosage for stage 2 and 3. Stage 1 of the study is completed. Stages 2 and 3 will evaluate and compare how long participants live without their disease getting worse when receiving the study drug in combination with other drug treatment versus the placebo (dummy drug) in combination with other drug treatment. This is a Phase I/II, multicenter, open-label, dose-escalation study designed to evaluate the efficacy, safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics (PK) of a novel T-Cell bispecific (TCB), glofitamab, administered by intravenous (IV) infusion as a single agent and in combination with obinutuzumab, following pre-treatment with a one-time, fixed dose of obinutuzumab. This entry-to-human study is divided in 3 parts: dose escalation (Parts I and II) and dose expansion (Part III). Single-participant dose-escalation cohorts will be used in Part I, followed by conversion to multiple participant dose-escalation cohorts (Part II), in order to define a tentative maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or optimal biological dose (OBD).
