This study is researching an experimental drug called odronextamab, referred to as study drug. The study is focused on participants with previously untreated follicular lymphoma (a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma or NHL). This study will be made up of two parts: Part 1 (non-randomized) and Part 2 (randomized - controlled). The aim of Part 1 of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug is when given alone. The aim of Part 2 of the study is to see how the study drug works compared to rituximab (called the "comparator drug") and chemotherapy (the current standard of care for NHL). Standard of care means the usual medication expected and used when receiving treatment for a condition. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the study drug less effective or could lead to side effects) * How the study drug affects quality of life and ability to complete routine daily activities. B-cell malignancies are a group of cancers of B lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell responsible for fighting infections. The purpose of this study is to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-525 as a monotherapy. ABBV-525 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of B-Cell Malignancies. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. Participants will receive ABBV-525 at different doses. Approximately 150 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across sites worldwide. In part 1 (dose escalation), participants will receive escalating oral doses of ABBV-525. In part 2 (dose optimization), participants will receive one of two oral doses of ABBV-525, until the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) is determined. In part 3 (dose expansion), participants will receive the RP2D oral dose of ABBV-525. The estimated duration of the study is up to 64 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Brief Summary: This study will test the safety, including side effects, and determine the characteristics of a drug called GEN1160 (PRO1160) in participants with solid tumors and blood cancers. Participants will have cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable) or relapsed or refractory to prior treatments. This Phase 1/2 study will have three parts. The dose escalation part of the study will find out how much and how frequently GEN1160 should be given to participants. The expansion Part A and expansion Part B will use the dose and schedule found in the dose escalation part to find out how safe GEN1160 is and if it works to treat the diseases under study.
