This screening and multi-sub-study randomized phase II/III trial will establish a method for genomic screening of similar large cancer populations followed by assigning and accruing simultaneously to a multi-sub-study hybrid Master Protocol (Lung-MAP). The type of cancer trait (biomarker) will determine to which sub-study, within this protocol, a participant will be assigned to compare new targeted cancer therapy, designed to block the growth and spread of cancer, or combinations to standard of care therapy with the ultimate goal of being able to approve new targeted therapies in this setting. This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of intravesical administration of EG-70 in the bladder and its effect on bladder tumors in patients with NMIBC. This study study consists of two phases; a Phase 1 dose-escalation to establish safety and recommended the phase 2 dose, followed by a Phase 2 study to establish how effective the treatment is. Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when ABBV-400 is given to adult participants to treat advanced solid tumors. ABBV-400 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. Study doctors put the participants in groups called cohorts. Each cohort receives ABBV-400 alone (monotherapy) followed by a safety follow-up period. Approximately 260 adult participants with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), biliary tract cancers (BTC), esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), hormone receptor+/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative (HER2-) breast cancer (hormone receptor-positive \[HR+\]/HER2-breast cancer \[BC\]), head and neck squamous-cell-carcinoma (HNSCC), Platinum Resistant High Grade Epithelial Ovarian Cancer (PROC)/primary peritoneal/fallopian tube cancer, or advanced solid tumors, will be enrolled in the study in approximately 54 sites worldwide. In the each cohorts, participants with the following advanced solid tumor indications: HCC, PDAC, BTC, ESCC, TNBC, HR+/HER2-BC, HNSCC, and PROC/primary peritoneal/fallopian tube cancer will receive intravenous (IV) ABBV-400 monotherapy for up to 2 years during and up to the treatment period with an additional safety follow-up period of up to 2 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of opevesostat plus hormone replacement therapy (HRT) compared to alternative abiraterone acetate or enzalutamide in participants with Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC) previously treated with one next-generation hormonal agent (NHA). This is a phase 1/2, multicenter, open-label umbrella platform study that will evaluate the safety and tolerability of sacituzumab tirumotecan with pembrolizumab and fluoropyrimidine chemotherapy for the first-line (1L) treatment of participants with locally advanced unresectable or metastatic human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative gastric, gastroesophageal junction, or esophageal adenocarcinoma. This substudy will have two phases: a safety lead-in phase and an efficacy phase. The safety lead-in phase will be used to evaluate the safety and tolerability, and to establish a recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) for sacituzumab tirumotecan in combination with chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
