This Phase 1 pilot clinical trial that will evaluate the initial safety and feasibility of orally administered preparation of fecal microbiota (MTP-101P) in patients undergoing colon resection. We plan to enroll male and female patients, ages 18-75, diagnosed with colon polyps or early (stage I or II) colorectal cancer or medically refractory diverticulitis. We will recruit 40 patients total to receive the investigational product. This trial will inform development of future trials in treatment of colon and rectal surgery. Active drug is composed of highly purified, freeze-dried, fecal microbiota from healthy donors. This study will also allow for limited evaluation of pharmacokinetics in terms of donor microbiota engraftment. The exploratory objective is to evaluate engraftment of donor microbiota with this preparation and compare the results with data generated with the data generally from microbiota transplantation (IND28152). Sleep-wake disturbances are a major factor associated with reduced quality of life of individuals with Parkinson's disease (PD), a progressive neurological disorder affecting millions of people in the U.S and worldwide. The brain mechanisms underlying these sleep disorders, and the effects of therapeutic interventions such as deep brain stimulation on sleep-related neuronal activity and sleep behavior, are not well understood. Results from this study will provide a better understanding of the brain circuitry involved in disordered sleep in PD and inform the development of targeted therapeutic interventions to treat sleep disorders in people with neurodegenerative disease. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn how well two community-based self-management programs work in people with chronic back or neck pain from populations that have been minoritized based on race, ethnicity, or income. The main question it aims to answer is: How well does a community-based self-management program teaching mind-body skills such as mindfulness and cognitive behavioral approaches (Partners4Pain) work for reducing pain intensity and interference with general activities and enjoyment of life compared to a community-based self-management program focused on general health and wellbeing (Keys to Wellbeing)? Participants will be asked to do the following: * Attend 2 screening visits to learn about the study and see if they meet the requirements to participate. * Be randomly assigned to one of the two community-based self-management programs. * Attend 9 weekly self-management program sessions (90 minutes each) * Complete surveys about their pain and overall health at 2 months (after the programs end), 4 months, and 6 months. The incidence of moderate to severe congenital heart disease (CHD) in the United States is estimated to be 6 per 1000 live-born full term infants. Recent advances in pediatric cardiology, surgery and critical care have significantly improved the survival rates of patients with CHD leading to an increase in prevalence in both children and adults. Children with CHD significant enough to require cardiac surgery frequently also undergo non-cardiac surgical procedures. Analysis of the Pediatric Health Information System database between 2004 and 2012 demonstrated that 41% of children who had undergone surgery to correct CHD in the first year of life also underwent at least one non-cardiac surgery by age 5. With this increased demand for non-cardiac procedures, anesthesiologists, pediatricians and other healthcare providers will encounter patients with repaired or unrepaired CHD and other cardiac diseases in their practice. However, the information provided by national databases lack granularity and the information from single institutional data is limited. This project aims to address this knowledge gap in quantifying the risk for cardiac patients coming for noncardiac procedures and identify the health care resource utilization and system to best care for this patient population. To conduct this study, we will create a multi-institutional collaboration between large and small centers to create a unique dataset spanning all the different variables that need to be considered in risk prediction for these patients including patient variables, hospital setting, and providers. This is a Phase 1, prospective, multi-center, open-label, sequential dose escalation study to explore the safety, feasibility, and efficacy of a single intracoronary infusion of AB-1002 in patients with NYHA Class III heart failure. Patients with non-ischemic cardiomyopathy will be enrolled until up to 17 subjects have received infusions of investigational product. All patients will be followed until 12 months post treatment intervention, and then undergo long-term follow-up via semi-structured telephone questionnaires every 6 months for an additional 24 months (+/- 30 days). Deep brain stimulation (DBS) is a surgical procedure for the treatment of Essential Tremor (ET). A novel approach to current DBS approaches is called coordinated reset DBS (CR-DBS) which uses different patterns of stimulation at lower currents and can address the limitations of traditional DBS that uses continuous high amplitude, high frequency stimulation. This study will evaluate the feasibility, safety and short-term efficacy of thalamic CR-DBS in upper extremity ET. The goal of this study is to evaluate the safety and short-term efficacy of thalamic CR- DBS in ET, including the acute (during CR-DBS) and carryover (following DBS cessation) effects, and compare these to those induced by clinically optimized T-DBS. To achieve our goal, a low-risk, two-phase clinical study will be conducted in patients with upper extremity (UE) ET. The first aim is to identify the spatial location and peak frequency of tremor related oscillatory activities in VIM (Phase I). The DREAM-ON study will investigate whether continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) is useful to predict risk for developing diabetes mellitus (DM) and pre-diabetes mellitus (PDM), the need for insulin therapy among those who develop DM, and to determine whether CGM can provide insight into the pathophysiology and DM subtype among participants who have experienced an episode of acute pancreatitis (AP). Thus, the results of the DREAM-ON study could inform future clinical practice guidelines for the management AP as well as potentially extending the licensing authorization for CGM to include use in patients with pancreatogenic (Type 3c) DM. This is a single center Phase I clinical trial of FT536 administered intraperitoneally (IP) 3 times a week for one week for the treatment of recurrent gynecologic cancers.
