PRT3789 Monotherapy and in Combo w/Docetaxel in Participants w/Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors w/SMARCA4 Mutation
Recruiting
This is a Phase 1 dose-escalation study of PRT3789, a SMARCA2 degrader, in participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors with loss of SMARCA4 due to truncating mutation and/or deletion. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic (PK), and pharmacodynamic (PD) of PRT3789 monotherapy and in combination with docetaxel, describe any dose limiting toxicities (DLTs), define the dosing schedule, and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recomm... Enfortumab Vedotin for the Treatment of Patients With Metastatic or Unresectable Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Penis
Recruiting
This phase II trial tests how well enfortumab vedotin works for treating patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the penis that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Enfortumab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, enfortumab, linked to an anticancer drug called vedotin. It works by helping the immune system to slow or stop the growth of tumor cells. Enfortumab attaches to a protein called nectin-4 on tumor cells in a targeted way and de... Read More

Enfortumab Vedotin and Pembrolizumab With Cystectomy and/or Ureterectomy for Locally Advanced or Metastatic Bladder and Upper Urothelial Tract Cancer, CAST-AI Trial
Recruiting
This phase IV trial tests the impact of standard of care enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab followed by removal of all or part of the bladder (cytoreductive cystectomy) and/or removal of all or part of the tube that carriers urine from the kidneys to the bladder (ureterectomy) on outcomes in patients with bladder and upper urothelial tract that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body... A Comparison of TULSA Procedure vs. Radical Prostatectomy in Participants With Localized Prostate Cancer
Recruiting
Men with localized, intermediate risk prostate cancer will be randomized to undergo either radical prostatectomy or the TULSA procedure, with a follow-up of 10 years in this multi-centered randomized control trial. This study will determine whether the TULSA procedure is as effective and more safe compared to radical prostatectomy.

Evaluating the Association Between Changes in the Gut Microbiome, Fatigue, and Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea in Early Stage Breast Cancer
Recruiting
This pilot study seeks to understand how changes in the bacteria composition (microbiome) of the gut may be associated with the occurrence of fatigue and chemotherapy-induced nausea (CIN) in women undergoing chemotherapy for early stage breast cancer. Patients undergoing chemotherapy may experience fatigue or nausea as a result of their treatment. Known risk factors for fatigue and CIN do not explain the differences in fatigue and CIN occurrence between patients, but changes in the functions of... Read More

Adaptive Radiation Therapy (ART) Stereotactic Ablative Body Radiotherapy (SABR) for Primary Localized Prostate Cancer
Recruiting
This clinical trial evaluates changes in quality of life after two treatments with near margin-less adaptive radiation therapy (ART) compared to five treatments with standard stereotactic ablative body radiotherapy (SABR) in patients with prostate cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body (localized). ART is a type of radiation therapy that uses information gathered during the treatment cycle to inform, guide, and alter future radiation treatments with respect to location and dose. I... Read More

Evaluation of Anti-PD-1 Therapy by Monitoring T Cell Responses in Melanoma, Lung and Other Cancer Types
Recruiting
This study explores the role of T cells in monitoring disease status and response during anti-PD-1/PD-L1 treatment in patients with melanoma, lung and other cancer types. Measuring levels of specific targets such as Bim and soluble PD-L1 during therapy may help track treatment resistance and clinical outcomes. This information may also help researchers determine why some people with melanoma, lung and other cancer types respond to PD-1/PD-L1 treatment and others do not.
