A Phase 1 in Patients With HLA-A*0201+ and WT1+ Recurrent/Metastatic Cancers

This is a Phase 1, open-label, 2-part, multi-center study evaluating the safety, tolerability, PK, pharmacodynamics (PD), immunogenicity, and antitumor activity of CUE-102 intravenous (IV) monotherapy in HLA-A*0201 positive patients with WT1 positive recurrent/metastatic solid tumors who have failed conventional therapies.

"Prescribing" Exercise to Cancer Patients at High-Risk for Falls

Falls are common and catastrophic in cancer patients. Cancer patients are vulnerable to falls due to muscle loss. In prescribing exercise in a data driven manner to cancer patients, our hypothesis is this "prescription" for exercise will eventually be demonstrated to reduce the occurrence of injurious falls.

A Multi-Center Trial of Androgen Suppression With Abiraterone Acetate, Leuprolide, PARP Inhibition and Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy in Prostate Cancer

The purpose of this study is to establish the maximum tolerable dose of niraparib when combined with prostate stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), abiraterone, leuprolide, and prednisone (the phase 1 portion of the study) and determine 3-year biochemical PSA recurrence free-survival with this treatment approach (the phase 2 portion of the study).

Abatacept in Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor Myocarditis

The primary aim is to test whether abatacept, as compared to placebo, is associated with a reduction in major adverse cardiac events (MACE) among participants hospitalized with myocarditis secondary to an immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI). The primary outcome, MACE, is a composite of first occurrence of cardiovascular death, non-fatal sudden cardiac arrest, cardiogenic shock, significant ventricular arrythmias, significant bradyarrythmias, or incident heart failure.

This phase III trial studies how well standard systemic therapy with or without definitive treatment (prostate removal surgery or radiation therapy) works in treating participants with prostate cancer that has spread to other places in the body. This phase II trial studies the effect of sacituzumab govitecan in treating patients with HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread to the brain (brain metastases). There is an epidemic of thyroid cancer that is harmful to patients and the medical system. The study hypothesizes that the use of an electronic conversation aid during clinical visits can help patients and clinicians collaborate when deciding the next step in management for a thyroid nodule. The study aims to update a conversation aid prototype that was developed to support shared decision making in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer.
