This phase III trial compares the effect of low dose tamoxifen to usual hormonal therapy, including aromatase inhibitors, in treating post-menopausal women with hormone positive, HER2 negative early stage breast cancer. Tamoxifen is in a class of medications known as antiestrogens. It blocks the activity of estrogen (a female hormone) in the breast. This may stop the growth of some breast tumors that need estrogen to grow. Aromatase inhibitors, such as anastrozole, letrozole, and exemestane, prevent the formation of estradiol, a female hormone, by interfering with an aromatase enzyme. Aromatase inhibitors are used as a type of hormone therapy to treat postmenopausal women with hormone-dependent breast cancer. Giving low dose tamoxifen may be more effective compared to usual hormone therapy in treating post-menopausal women with hormone-positive, HER2 negative early stage breast cancer. Read Less

This phase II trial studies the effect of pemetrexed and pembrolizumab in treating patients with salivary gland cancer that has come back (recurrent) and/or has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Chemotherapy drugs, such as pemetrexed, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether pembrolizumab, an immunotherapy drug, in combination with the chemotherapy drug, pemetrexed, has an effect on advanced salivary gland cancer. This is a Phase III open-label study to assess if camizestrant improves outcomes compared to standard adjuvant endocrine therapy for patients with ER+/HER2- early breast cancer with intermediate-high or high risk for disease recurrence who completed definitive locoregional therapy (with or without chemotherapy). This phase II trial studies the effects of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) and the timing of treatment with androgen receptor pathway inhibitor (ARPI) plus androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) in treating patients with hormone sensitive prostate cancer that has spread from where it first started to other places in the body (metastatic), and that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). SBRT is a type of external radiation therapy that uses special equipment to position a patient and precisely deliver radiation to tumors in the body (except the brain). The total dose of radiation is divided into smaller doses given over several days. This type of radiation therapy helps spare normal tissue. Androgen can cause the growth of prostate cells. ADT lowers the amount of androgen made by the body. This may help stop the growth of tumor cells that need androgen to grow. Androgen receptor pathway inhibitors work by blocking the effects of androgen to stop the growth and spread of tumor cells. Giving SBRT alone with watchful waiting may be as effective in treating prostate cancer as giving SBRT together with ARPI and ADT. Read Less

This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of intravesical administration of EG-70 in the bladder and its effect on bladder tumors in patients with NMIBC. This study study consists of two phases; a Phase 1 dose-escalation to establish safety and recommended the phase 2 dose, followed by a Phase 2 study to establish how effective the treatment is.
