This phase II trial gathers information on the feasibility, safety, and effect of giving methotrexate, erlotinib, and celecoxib in treating oral cavity cancer that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent) or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) among rural Midwest patients. Methotrexate is in a class of medications called antimetabolites. It is also a type of antifolate. Methotrexate stops cells from using folic acid to make deoxyribonucleic acid and may kill tumor cells. Erlotinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of a protein called EGFR that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of tumor cells. Celecoxib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving the combination of methotrexate, erlotinib, and celecoxib may be feasible, safe, and effective in treating rural Midwest patients with recurrent/metastatic oral cavity cancer. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if KQB365 works to treat advanced solid tumor cancer in adults. It will also learn about the safety of KQB365. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the safe dose of KQB365 by itself or in combination with cetuximab? * Does KQB365 alone or in combination with cetuximab decrease the size of the tumor? * What happens to KQB365 in the body? Participants will: * Receive KQB365 infusion weekly alone or in combination with cetuximab * Visit the clinic about 9 times in the first 6 weeks, and then once every week after that. Read Less

The Childhood Cancer Survivor Study (CCSS) will investigate the long-term effects of cancer and its associated therapies. A retrospective cohort study will be conducted through a multi-institutional collaboration, which will involve the identification and active follow-up of a cohort of approximately 50,000 survivors of cancer, diagnosed before 21 years of age, between 1970 and 1999 and 10,000 sibling controls. This project will study children and young adults exposed to specific therapeutic modalities, including radiation, chemotherapy, and/or surgery, who are at increased risk of late-occurring adverse health outcomes. This phase II trial studies how to improve the usage of Lu 177 vipivotide tetraxetan (177Lu-prostate-specific membrane antigen \[PSMA\]-617) for treating patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site), to other places in the body (metastatic) utilizing a treatment pause after 5 cycles of therapy versus standard continuous treatment for 6 cycles. Lutetium is a radioligand therapy (RLT). RLT uses a small molecule (in this case 177Lu-PSMA-617) that carries a radioactive component to destroy tumor cells. When lutetium is injected into the body, it attaches to the PSMA receptor found on tumor cells. After lutetium attaches to the PSMA receptor, its radiation component destroys the tumor cell. Giving 177Lu-PSMA-617 for 5 cycles versus 6 cycles may better treat patients with metastatic castrate resistant prostate cancer. Read Less

Objective: To collect information on how often a solid tumor cancer might lose the Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) by next generation sequencing and perform apheresis to collect and store an eligible participant's own T cells for future use to make CAR T-Cell therapy for their disease treatment. Design: This is a non-interventional, observational study to evaluate participants with solid tumors with a high risk of relapse for incurable disease. No interventional therapy will be administered on this study. Some of the information regarding the participant's tumor analysis may be beneficial to management of their disease. Participants that meet all criteria may be enrolled and leukapheresed (blood cells collected). The participant's cells will be processed and stored for potential manufacture of CAR T-cell therapy upon relapse of their cancer. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the efficacy, safety and tolerability of the combination of lasofoxifene and abemaciclib compared to fulvestrant and abemaciclib for the treatment of pre- and postmenopausal women and men who have previously received ribociclib or palbociclib-based treatment and have locally advanced or metastatic estrogen receptor positive (ER+)/human epidermal growth factor 2 negative (HER2-) breast cancer with an estrogen receptor 1 (ESR1) mutation. The main question the study aims to answer is: • To compare the efficacy of the combination of lasofoxifene and abemaciclib with that of fulvestrant and abemaciclib Participants will receive either receive 5 mg/d of oral lasofoxifene plus oral abemaciclib 150 mg twice a day or the combination of fulvestrant 500 mg intramuscular (IM) on Days 1, 15, and 29 and then once monthly thereafter plus oral abemaciclib 150 mg twice a day. This phase II trial tests how well enfortumab vedotin works for treating patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the penis that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Enfortumab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, enfortumab, linked to an anticancer drug called vedotin. It works by helping the immune system to slow or stop the growth of tumor cells.
