The goal of this study is to assess the feasibility of utilizing a telehealth rehabilitation platform to increase patient access for individuals who have undergone orthopedic surgery. Patient participants will be seen via telehealth until they are able to be seen by an in-person physical therapist of their choice. Provider participants will be the physical therapist who are providing physical therapy services through the telehealth application. Data collection: Patient and provider post surveys Home program and scheduled visit compliance rate Healthcare information in keeping with Stand of care physical therapy practices Feasibility criteria will be assessed to determine whether this modality improves physical therapy access for patients living in rural areas. This clinical trial keeps track of and collects follow-up information from patients who are currently enrolled on or have participated in a Children's Oncology Group study. Developing a way to keep track of patients who have participated in Children's Oncology Group studies may allow doctors learn more about the long-term effects of cancer treatment and help them reduce problems related to treatment and improve patient quality of life. The Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Prospective Outcomes (IPF-PRO) Registry started recruiting in 2014 with the objective of studying Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. In 2018, the registry expanded to include recruitment of participants with other chronic fibrosing interstitial lung diseases (ILDs) with progressive phenotype also referred to as progressive fibrosing interstitial lung diseases in the Chronic Fibrosis Interstitial Lung Disease with Progressive Phenotype (ILD-PRO) Registry. When the third phase of the registry begins, the IPF-PRO registry will enroll additional patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. This IPF-PRO registry is a prospective registry that will collect information regarding the natural history, health care interactions, participant reported questionnaire data to assess quality of life, and the methods of treatment of participants with a diagnosis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) or of another chronic fibrosing interstitial lung disease (ILD) with progressive phenotype established at the enrolling centers. TARGET-HCC is a longitudinal, observational study of patients being managed for HCC in usual clinical practice. TARGET-HCC will create a research registry of participants with HCC within academic and community real-world practices in order to assess the safety and effectiveness of the entire spectrum of current and future therapies across diverse populations. This clinical trial evaluates the use of self-collected vaginal samples for human papillomavirus (HPV) testing in patients referred for a colposcopy and/or cervical excisional procedures to improve cervical cancer prevention. HPV is a common virus which usually causes infections that last only a few months, but sometimes can last longer. It is known to cause a variety of cancers including cancer of the cervix. Even though there are ways to detect cervical cancer early, many individuals do not undergo screening that involves pelvic exams. Over half of all new cervical cancer cases are among those who have either never been screened or who are not screened enough. Without appropriate screening and care, preventable pre-cancers may turn into cancer. A new way to detect cervical cancer is to have individuals collect their own vaginal sample for HPV testing to know their risk for cervical cancer. This may give individuals more flexibility and comfort having the ability to collect samples themselves, compared to a doctor performing a speculum examination and collecting the samples in a clinic. This study compares clinical accuracy of HPV testing on self-collected vaginal samples versus cervical samples collected by clinician. The Self-collection for HPV Testing to Improve Cervical Cancer Prevention (SHIP) Trial is part of the National Cancer Institute (NCI)'s Cervical Cancer 'Last Mile' Initiative, a public private partnership that seeks to increase access to cervical cancer screening. The SHIP Trial focuses on developing clinical evidence to inform the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)'s regulatory reviews of self-collection approaches as alternative sample collection approaches for cervical cancer screening. Several industry partner-specific self-collection device and assay combinations will be non-competitively and independently evaluated with a similar study design framework to inform pre-approval and/or post-approval regulatory requirements. The Mississippi Community Engagement Alliance (MS CEAL) Team proposes to address the complexities of Mississippi's health issues and social determinants of health through its Fostering Community Solutions (FOCUS) Project, with two objectives: (1) advance the health and wellbeing of Mississippi's populations experiencing differing health outcomes; and (2) enhance the resilience and power within communities to disseminate and implement evidence-based interventions. This study's specific aims include: (1) examine whether the inclusion of a nutrition education program increases fruit and vegetable consumption in a food box distribution program and (2) recruit and train community nutrition liaisons to implement sustainable community strategies to longitudinally support nutrition security. The primary outcome for the first specific aim will be fruit and vegetable consumption. Secondary outcome measures will include changes in perceptions and knowledge related to food consumption and dietary intake. Clinical outcomes will include changes in blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol. For Specific Aim 2, outcomes will include the ability to recruit community nutrition liaisons at each site, the number of trainings, pre/post training assessments, and outreach metrics. Read Less
