A Double-blind Dual Study Assessing Safety and Efficacy of Buntanetap in Participants With Early AD
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if buntanetap/Posiphen works to treat early Alzheimer's disease in adults aged 55-85. It will also learn about the safety of buntanetap/Posiphen. The main questions it aims to answer are:
* Does buntanetap/Posiphen improve cognition as measured by ADAS-Cog13?
* Does buntanetap/Posiphen improve function as measured by ADCS-iADL?
* What medical issues do participants have, if any, when taking buntanetap/Posiphen?
Researchers will compare buntanetap/Pos... Read More

R21 Roche: 3-Way Tau Tracers in AD
Recruiting
This is an open label study to compare three new generation TAU radioligands, 18F-RO948 (formerly known as 18F-6958948), 18F-MK6240, and \[18F\]GTP1for imaging of taupathy and demonstrate their absence of off-target binding in patients with Alzheimer disease (AD) and older healthy controls (OC). The study will directly compare AD and OC with these three next-generation TAU radioligands and compare each of them with historical data of the current most widely used first generation radioligand, 18F...
