A Study of Zasocitinib in Adults With Psoriatic Arthritis Who Have or Have Not Been Treated With Biologic Medicines

Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a chronic inflammatory disease that affects the joints and skin in people who have psoriasis (PsO).
The main aim of the study is to know how well zasocitinib (TAK-279) works in participants with active PsA based on their previous experience with specific treatments.
The participants will be treated with either zasocitinib, or placebo. Participants will be in the study for up to 60 weeks.

This is a prospective, open-label, multi-center seamless phase II to phase III randomized clinical trial designed to compare SST with or without PET-directed local therapy in improving the castration-resistant prostate cancer-free survival (CRPC-free survival) for Veterans with oligometastatic prostate cancer. Oligometastasis will be defined as 1-10 sites of metastatic disease based on the clinical determination of the LSI which incorporates all imaging, clinical, and pathologic data available.

This is a study of retatrutide in participants with obesity. The main purpose is to learn more about how retatrutide maintains body weight loss. The study will have two treatment phases: an 80 week lead-in phase in which all participants will take retatrutide dose 1 and a 36 week randomized, double-blinded phase in which participants will either take retatrutide dose 1, retatrutide dose 2, or switch to placebo. Participation in the study will last around 125 weeks.
