The purpose of this Phase 2/3, randomized, multisite, open-label, dose confirmation, and expansion study is to evaluate the safety, and efficacy of zilovertamab vedotin (ZV) in combination with standard of care options for the treatment of rrDLBCL. This study will be divided into 2 parts: Dose Confirmation (Part 1) and Efficacy Expansion (Part 2) and will enroll participants who are at least 18 years of age with rrDLBCL. The hypotheses are: ZV in combination with rituximab, gemcitabine, and oxaliplatin (R-GemOx) is superior to R-GemOx with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) per Lugano response criteria by blinded independent review committee (BICR); and that ZV in combination with bendamustine rituximab (BR) is superior to BR with respect to PFS per Lugano response criteria by BICR. With protocol amendment 4 (effective: 04-April-2024), enrollment in Cohort B (study arms Bendamustine Rituximab [BR] and ZV + BR) is discontinued. This is a study evaluating the efficacy and safety of MK-1084 with pembrolizumab as first-line treatment in participants with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with identified Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog G12C (KRAS G12C) mutation and programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) tumor proportion score (TPS) ≥50%. There are two primary study hypotheses: Hypothesis 1: Combination of MK-1084 and pembrolizumab is superior to placebo plus pembrolizumab with respect to progression free survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) by blinded independent central review (BICR). This phase II ComboMATCH treatment trial tests how well AMG 510 (sotorasib) with or without panitumumab works in treating patients with KRAS G12C mutant solid tumors that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). Sotorasib is in a class of medications called KRAS inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps stop or slow the spread of cancer cells. Panitumumab is in a class of medications called monoclonal antibodies. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells. Giving combination panitumumab and sotorasib may kill more tumor cells in patients with advanced solid tumors with KRAS G12C mutation. Read Less

This phase III trial compares the effect of bevacizumab and osimertinib combination vs. osimertinib alone for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer that has spread outside of the lungs (stage IIIB-IV) and has a change (mutation) in a gene called EGFR. The EGFR protein is involved in cell signaling pathways that control cell division and survival. Sometimes, mutations in the EGFR gene cause EGFR proteins to be made in higher than normal amounts on some types of cancer cells. This causes cancer cells to divide more rapidly. Osimertinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking EGFR that is needed for cell growth in this type of cancer. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving osimertinib with bevacizumab may control cancer for longer and help patients live longer as compared to osimertinib alone. Read Less

This is a multicenter, open-label, nonrandomized, Phase 2 umbrella study of retifanlimab in participants who have advanced or metastatic endometrial cancer that has progressed on or after platinum-based chemotherapy. retifanlimab will be administered as monotherapy or in combination with other immunotherapy or targeted agents. This phase III trial studies how well atezolizumab added to the usual radiation therapy works in treating patients with stage I-IIA non-small cell lung cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radiation therapy, such as stereotactic body radiation therapy, uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. This method can kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period and cause less damage to normal tissue. Giving atezolizumab and radiation therapy may work better than radiation therapy alone in treating patients with early non-small cell lung cancer. Read Less

This phase II/III trial tests whether adding trastuzumab and hyaluronidase-oysk (Herceptin HylectaTM) or pertuzumab, trastuzumab and hyaluronidase-zzxf (PhesgoTM) to the usual chemotherapy (paclitaxel and carboplatin) works to shrink tumors in patients with HER2 positive endometrial serous carcinoma or carcinosarcoma. Trastuzumab and pertuzumab are monoclonal antibodies and forms of targeted therapy that attach to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of tumor cells, known as HER2 receptors. When trastuzumab or pertuzumab attach to HER2 receptors, the signals that tell the cells to grow are blocked and the tumor cell may be marked for destruction by the body's immune system. Hyaluronidase is an endoglycosidase. It helps to keep pertuzumab and trastuzumab in the body longer, so that these medications will have a greater effect. Hyaluronidase also allows trastuzumab and trastuzumab/pertuzumab to be given by injection under the skin and shortens their administration time compared to trastuzumab or pertuzumab alone. Paclitaxel is a taxane and in a class of medications called antimicrotubule agents. It stops cancer cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Giving Herceptin Hylecta or Phesgo in combination with paclitaxel and carboplatin may shrink the tumor and prevent the cancer from coming back in patients with HER2 positive endometrial serous carcinoma or carcinosarcoma. This ComboMATCH patient screening trial is the gateway to a coordinated set of clinical trials to study cancer treatment directed by genetic testing. Patients with solid tumors that have spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or have spread to other places in the body (advanced) and have progressed on at least one line of standard systemic therapy or have no standard treatment that has been shown to prolong overall survival may be candidates for these trials. Genetic tests look at the unique genetic material (genes) of patients' tumor cells. Patients with some genetic changes or abnormalities (mutations) may benefit from treatment that targets that particular genetic mutation. ComboMATCH is designed to match patients to a treatment that may work to control their tumor and may help doctors plan better treatment for patients with locally advanced or advanced solid tumors. The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of opevesostat plus hormone replacement therapy (HRT) compared to alternative abiraterone acetate or enzalutamide in participants with Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC) previously treated with one next-generation hormonal agent (NHA). The primary study hypotheses are that opevesostat is superior to alternative abiraterone acetate or enzalutamide with respect to radiographic progression free survival (rPFS) per Prostate Cancer Working Group (PCWG) Modified Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST 1.1) as assessed by Blinded Independent Central Review (BICR) and overall survival (OS), in androgen receptor ligand binding domain (AR LBD) mutation positive and negative participants. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, pemetrexed, carboplatin, gemcitabine hydrochloride, and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving pembrolizumab with usual chemotherapy may help increase survival times in patients with stage IIA, IIB, IIIA or IIIB non-small cell lung cancer. Read Less
