The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of opevesostat plus hormone replacement therapy (HRT) compared to alternative abiraterone acetate or enzalutamide in participants with Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC) previously treated with one next-generation hormonal agent (NHA). SLC-391 is a novel, potent and specific small molecule inhibitor of receptor tyrosine kinase AXL with desirable potency and pharmaceutical properties. The study is being done to evaluate the safety and pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of SLC-391 in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Each treatment cycle lasts 21 days. Participants will swallow SLC-391 pills two times every day. Participants will get pembrolizumab intravenously (IV) from the study site staff on the first day of every cycle. This study has 2 parts. The first part will determine the recommended dose of SLC-391 in combination with pembrolizumab. Hypothesis (H1): Concurrent chemoradiation therapy with pembrolizumab followed by pembrolizumab plus olaparib is superior to concurrent chemoradiation therapy alone with respect to PFS per RECIST 1.1 by BICR. The purpose of this study is to compare any good and bad effects of using radium-223 along with docetaxel chemotherapy treatment versus using docetaxel alone. This phase III trial compares the usual chemotherapy treatment to eribulin plus gemcitabine in treating patients with urothelial cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Chemotherapy drugs, such as eribulin, gemcitabine, docetaxel, paclitaxel, and sacituzumab govitecan work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This phase II trial studies how well cabozantinib works in combination with nivolumab and ipilimumab in treating patients with rare genitourinary (GU) tumors that that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body. Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving cabozantinib, nivolumab, and ipilimumab may work better in treating patients with genitourinary tumors that have no treatment options compared to giving cabozantinib, nivolumab, or ipilimumab alone.
