This clinical trial is studying nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Participants in this study must have cancer that has spread through their body or can't be removed with surgery. Participants in this study must have been treated with no more than a platinum-based chemotherapy and an anti-PD-(L)1 drug. The research study is being conducted to test the safety and effectiveness of the experimental drug mosunetuzumab (Cohort 1) or obinutuzumab and glofitamab (Cohort 2) when given after CAR (genetically modified) T cells. The study is for patients who have already received a CAR T-cell infusion. Some patients who join the study will receive mosunetuzumab, other patients later in the study may receive a different experimental drug (glofitamab, in combination with obinutuzumab).

This is a Phase I open label multi-center study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary effectiveness of the investigational drug MYTX-011 in patients with locally advanced, recurrent or metastatic NSCLC. MYTX-011 is in a class of medications called antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
