Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Paid Clinical Trials in Nevada

This is a Phase 1b/2 study evaluating the anti-PD1 antibody, cemiplimab, in combination with either S095018 (anti-TIM3 antibody), S095024 (anti-CD73 antibody), or S095029 (anti-NKG2A antibody) in adult participants with previously untreated advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with high PD-L1 expression. The study includes two parts: part A, the combination-therapy safety lead-in phase to determine the recommended dose for expansion (RDE) for S095018, S095024, and S095029 in combination with cemiplimab and part B, the randomized dose expansion phase to assess the efficacy of S095018, S095024, or S095029 in combination with cemiplimab. The purpose of this study is to evaluate efficacy and safety of osimertinib (tablet) in combination with Dato-DXd (i.v. infusion) compared with osimertinib (tablet) monotherapyas a first-line therapy in participants with locally advanced or metastatic EGFRm (Ex19del and/or L858R) NSCLC. Study details include: 1. The study duration will be event-driven, with an estimated duration of approximately 9 years. 2. Participants may receive study treatment until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or other specific discontinuation criteria are met. 3. The visit frequency will be every 3 weeks during the treatment period. Note: Participants on osimertinib treatment(osimertinib only arm or who have discontinued Dato-DXd while are still receiving osimertinib) are required to attend visits to perform assessments every 6 weeks from Cycle 7 until Cycle 17 and then visits every 12 weeks until disease progression or IP discontinuation. The Phase 2 portion of this study evaluates the efficacy and safety of MRTX849 monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in cohorts of patients with advanced NSCLC with KRAS G12C mutation and any PD-L1 TPS and who are candidates for first-line treatment. The primary objective of the study is to compare sacituzumab tirumotecan combined with pembrolizumab to pembrolizumab alone with respect to overall survival (OS). The primary hypothesis is that the combination of sacituzumab tirumotecan and pembrolizumab is superior to pembrolizumab alone with respect to OS. Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. The purpose of this study is to assess how safe telisotuzumab vedotin is in adult participants with NSCLC. Change in disease activity and adverse events will be assessed. Telisotuzumab vedotin is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. Participants will be randomly assigned a treatment of telisotuzumab vedotin in 1 of 3 arms at an 1:1:1 ratio. Each group receives intravenous (IV) infusion of telisotuzumab vedotin at different doses. Approximately 150 adult participants with c-Met overexpressing NSCLC will be enrolled in the study at approximately 70 to 80 sites worldwide. Participants will receive IV telisotuzumab vedotin at 1 of 3 dose regimens as part of a 3 year study duration. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic.
