In this study, investigators will compare standard Aerobic Training/AT with adaptive Aerobic Training/AT. Standard AT will be a fixed (unchanging) amount of walking each week, while adaptive AT will adjust the level of exercise depending on participants' response to the exercise. This phase 3 study will be conducted in different countries all over the world. The purpose of this study is to compare how well Rina-S works against platinum-resistant ovarian cancer compared to chemotherapy drugs that are already approved and used for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. Treatment in this study could be Rina-S or it could be 1 of 4 indicated chemotherapy agents that are considered standard medical care. There is an equal (50:50) chance of getting Rina-S or an approved chemotherapy agent as treatment in this study. No one will know what treatment they are assigned to until the first dose. The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate an investigational ultralow dose PET imaging technique for cancer detection and monitoring. The main question it aims to answer is: Can the investigators optimize the timing, scan duration, and image reconstruction to reduce the radiation dose 10-100 fold of the current clinical standard? The purpose of this study is to find out whether using the PINPOINT imaging system intra-operatively can reduce the risk of anastomotic leaks and other complications after surgery for ovarian cancer, compared with standard intra-operative assessments alone. The PINPOINT endoscopic fluorescence imaging system uses a special camera and a fluorescent (glowing) dye that can evaluate the blood flow of the bowel in real-time. The purpose of this study is to test the safety of the study drug 2141-V11 in people whose NMIBC did not respond to standard treatment, and who will not have the standard surgical procedure to remove the bladder. The researchers will test different doses of 2141-V11 to see which dose is safest in people. The researchers will also do tests to see how the body absorbs, distributes, and gets rid of 2141-V11.
