The purpose of this study is to find out whether using the PINPOINT imaging system intra-operatively can reduce the risk of anastomotic leaks and other complications after surgery for ovarian cancer, compared with standard intra-operative assessments alone. The PINPOINT endoscopic fluorescence imaging system uses a special camera and a fluorescent (glowing) dye that can evaluate the blood flow of the bowel in real-time. The purpose of this study is to test the safety of the study drug 2141-V11 in people whose NMIBC did not respond to standard treatment, and who will not have the standard surgical procedure to remove the bladder. The researchers will test different doses of 2141-V11 to see which dose is safest in people. The researchers will also do tests to see how the body absorbs, distributes, and gets rid of 2141-V11. The goal of this observational study is to increase genetic education and genetic testing for hereditary cancer risk among Black cancer survivors. The study will: 1. Test the effectiveness of a chatbot intervention (also called relational agent, or RA) vs. enhanced usual care (EUC) on engagement in genetic education and requests for genetic testing. 2. Evaluate the impact of the chatbot vs. EUC on the process that participants use to make decisions and evaluate effects on well-being (also called psychosocial outcomes). 3. Explore the ways (methods) that influence how participants experience the intervention. The main questions this study aims to answer are which group - the chatbot (RA) group or the EUC group - is more likely to request genetic testing and which group is more likely to get (engage with) genetic education. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the chatbot (RA) group or EUC group. This means each participant has an equal chance of being placed in either group, just like flipping a coin. Each group will receive genetic education and have an opportunity to request genetic testing. The researchers are doing this study to see if people with unexplained weight loss who have lung cancer screening are more likely to have or develop lung cancer than people without unexplained weight loss. The lung cancer screening will involve use of low-dose computed tomography (LDCT), a CT scan that gives off very low doses of radiation and can make detailed pictures of the lungs to help find tumors.
