The purpose of this research study is to collect samples of blood and stool and analyse primary tumor from participants with breast cancer to see how the bacteria in the body affect cancer and how well it responds to treatment. By comparing samples and data from multiple participants with breast cancer, it may be possible to identify how a person's gut health and tumor microenvironment affects how they respond to certain cancer treatments. Assess feasibility of home exercise in reducing fatigue in subjects with breast cancer receiving curative intent chemotherapy. Subjects are randomized to control (no exercise) or intervention group (exercise). The PRO-CTCAE tool and FACIT Fatigue Scale are used to collect patient reported outcomes. Subjects submit data via mobile phone, tablet or computer. Assessments are weekly during chemotherapy (10-20 wks), at end of chemotherapy and 1, 3 and 6 months after chemotherapy. Read Less

This randomized research trial studies how well serum tumor marker directed disease monitoring works in monitoring patients with hormone receptor positive Her2 negative breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body. This is an open-label phase II study assessing the activity of cabozantinib combined with atezolizumab in patients with resectable muscle-invasive urothelial carcinoma who are ineligible for cisplatin-based therapy or decline cisplatin-based therapy. Each cycle equals 21 days. The dose of atezolizumab is 1200 mg IV flat dose every 3 weeks (Day 1) plus cabozantinib 40 mg orally daily (Day 1 through Day 21). Previous clinical studies with the MarginProbe (MP) system demonstrated the MP System diagnostic accuracy for identification of cancerous/abnormal tissue at the margins (≤ 1mm) of the ex-vivo lumpectomy specimen. The current study is a prospective data collection study with the enhanced technology, the MP2.0 System and is aimed at collecting data to optimize the system algorithm/procedure and to subsequently validate the system to demonstrate non-inferiority to the MP1.x system. In this study, MP2.0 system will be used on ex-vivo lumpectomy specimens at the Operating Room (OR). The study will collect a library of case information data using the MP2.0 system in sequential cohorts of a minimum of 50 subjects until the software and procedure are optimized. This is a phase 2 study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the combination of INCMGA00012 and pelareorep and to see how well they work in treating patients with triple negative breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic). INCMGA00012 is a monoclonal antibody that works by attaching to the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and blocking this pathway, allowing the immune system to recognize and attack the cancer cells. Pelareorep is a type of virus called reovirus which occurs naturally and may break down cancer cells.
