This study will test the safety of BCG and gemcitabine in people who have BCG-relapsing Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (NMIBC). The researchers will test increasing doses of gemcitabine to find the highest dose that causes few or mild side effects when combined with BCG. This is a multicenter Phase 1b, open label, dose-escalation and cohort-expansion study, evaluating the safety, tolerability, PK, preliminary antitumor activity, and effect of biomarkers of XL092 administered alone, and in combination with nivolumab (doublet), nivolumab + ipilimumab (triplet) and nivolumab + relatlimab (triplet) in subjects with advanced solid tumors. The purpose of this study is to see whether combining 2141-V11 with various standard treatments is an effective treatment approach for prostate cancer. 2141-V11 works by activating the immune system to find and kill cancer cells. Researchers will look at whether this treatment approach is able to completely get rid of cancer in participants, and they will check for the presence of minimal residual disease (MRD) in participants. The purpose of this study is to compare two types of imaging for sentinel lymph node (SLN) mapping in people with early-stage vulvar cancer. The researchers will compare indocyanine green near-infrared (ICG-NIR) imaging with lymphoscintigraphy. All participants in this study will be scheduled for standard surgical treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK). The purpose of this study is learn more about how being treated for breast cancer affects patients' employment. Researchers are testing an early version of a mobile app designed to help breast cancer patients keep their jobs during and after treatment. The app provides advice for patients to use when having conversations about breast cancer with their employers and their doctors. The app is called TEAMWork (Talking to Employers And Medical staff about Work). In this study, the investigators are asking breast cancer patients who are about to receive treatment or who are currently receiving treatment to tell us what aspects of the app work well, so that they can learn how to improve it. A global phase 3, multicenter, randomized, trial, to Determine the Efficacy and Safety of Durvalumab in combination with Tremelimumab and Enfortumab Vedotin or Durvalumab in combination with Enfortumab vedotin for Perioperative Treatment in Patients Ineligible for Cisplatin or who refuse Cisplantin Undergoing Radical Cystectomy for Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer. The goal of the study is to explore the triplet combination of Durvalumab, Tremelimumab and Enfortumab Vedotin in terms of efficacy and safety compared to the current Standard Of Care (SOC). Volga trial consists of two parts: Safety Run-In and Main Study. In total the study aims to enroll approximately 830 patients, who will receive triplet combination, duplet combination of Durvalumab and Enfortumab vedotin or currently approved SOC in the main trial. In the main part of the trial there is two out of three chances of being on a treatment arm and the treatment is assigned at random by a computer system. In this trial patients in the two treatment arms will receive either 3 cycles of neoadjuvant Durvalumab + Tremelimumab + Enfortumab Vedotin or Durvalumab + Enfortumab vedotin and after surgery both treatment arms will continue with adjuvant Durvalumab.
