This phase III trial compares the effect of active symptom monitoring and patient education to patient education alone in helping young women with stage I-III breast cancer stay on their hormone therapy medicines. The patient education tool contains interactive weblinks which provide patients with education material about breast cancer and side effects of therapy. Symptom monitoring is a weblink via email or text message with questions asking about symptoms. Hormone therapy for breast cancer can cause side effects, and may cause some women to stop treatment early. Asking about symptoms more often may help women keep taking hormone therapy medicines. This phase II trial compares high-dose rate brachytherapy and stereotactic ablative radiotherapy as monotherapy in treating patients with prostate cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body (localized). High-dose rate brachytherapy delivers radiation directly into the prostate within a few minutes by a single radioactive seed through temporarily placed plastic catheters inside the prostate gland. Stereotactic ablative radiotherapy is an external beam radiation method that delivers large doses of radiation to the cancer in a short period of time, usually 5 treatments. The purpose of this study is to determine whether certain genes in cancer may be abnormal. When a gene is abnormal this is called a mutation. Most mutations in cancer cells are not inherited (passed down from parents) but happen after birth in the cancer itself. Most cancers have many mutations. Some of these mutations are important for the cancer cells to survive while others are not. The goal of this study is test cancer for certain mutations using leftover tumor tissue from a previous surgery or biopsy. Participants will also be asked to provide a tube of blood cheek (also known as a buccal) swab, or a saliva sample that contains normal genes for comparison. The researchers think that a blood test (NavDx®) may be able to identify cancer early by looking for circulating DNA from Human Papillomavirus/HPV. Circulating DNA are small pieces of genes that are released into the bloodstream. Participants in this study will have Multispectral Optoacoustic Tomography/MSOT imaging of both breasts immediately before their ultrasound-guided breast biopsy procedure begins. After the MSO imaging is completed, participation in the study will end. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to test whether acupuncture can improve nocturia in prostate cancer survivors. This is the first time acupuncture is being studied for nocturia in prostate cancer survivors. Researchers will see if acupuncture is a practical treatment option for prostate cancer survivors with nocturia. The study will also look at the effect acupuncture has on nocturia and other symptoms prostate cancer survivors experience such as insomnia, hot flashes, anxiety, depression, tiredness (fatigue), sexual dysfunction, and cognitive (mental) difficulties. This is a phase II clinical trial to assess the clinical activity of immunotherapy with E7 TCR-T cells for metastatic HPV-associated cancers. HPV-associated cancers in include cervical, throat, penile, vulvar, vaginal, anal, and other cancers. Participants will receive a conditioning regimen, E7 TCR-T cells, and aldesleukin. This is a phase II trial of combination therapy of pembrolizumab and lenvatinib in patients with locally advanced or metastatic cervical cancer that had failed first line of therapy.
