The researchers are doing this study to test the ability of an animal biosensor platform (ABP) to detect NSCLC. Participants in this study will either be diagnosed with NSCLC, suspected to have NSCLC, or have not been diagnosed or suspected to have NSCLC. The ABP test uses laboratory animals that are trained to detect (by smell) different chemicals in urine. Studies show that people with lung cancer have unique chemicals in their urine that are not present in people without lung cancer, and researchers think these chemicals can be used to identify people with lung cancer without the need for invasive procedures (like biopsy). More than 80% of childhood cancer survivors develop serious or life-threatening late effects after cancer therapy, but \<20% receive recommended survivorship care offered at cancer center survivorship clinics. In a shared care model, the investigators propose to investigate an innovative multi-level intervention consisting of: 1) patient survivorship education via telehealth with the cancer center, 2) ongoing patient-tailored education program within the electronic health record patient portal, 3) a structured interactive phone communication between the cancer center and the primary care clinic, and 4) an in-person visit with the primary care clinic for survivorship care with the goal of achieving high rates of adherence to recommended surveillance for late effects, as well as improving patient and physician knowledge and self-efficacy. If this scalable intervention demonstrates patient completion of recommended care comparable to cancer center survivorship clinics, this innovative study has the enormous potential to deliver recommended care to a larger proportion of childhood cancer survivors and reduce survivorship care disparities, while engaging p to integrate survivorship care as part of overall, lifelong health maintenance. To compare how often cancer recurs (comes back) after 3 weeks of radiation compared to 5 weeks of radiation in patients who receive radiation therapy delivered to the lymph nodes near the breast. The side effects that can develop during or after radiation treatment, including how often arm swelling (edema) happens, will also be studied. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to see if using Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy/SBRT to treat a single metastatic site where cancer has worsened may be an effective treatment for people with oligometastatic breast cancer. Participants will stay on their usual drug therapy while they receive SBRT. This combination of SBRT to a single metastatic site and usual drug therapy may prevent participants' cancer from worsening in other metastatic sites or spreading. Read Less

This is a Phase IB/II multi-cohort study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of targeted agents with or without cancer immune checkpoint therapy with atezolizumab in participant with recurrent and/or persistent endometrial cancer. This randomized phase III trial studies how well crizotinib works in treating patients with stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery and has a mutation in a protein called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK). Mutations, or changes, in ALK can make it very active and important for tumor cell growth and progression. Crizotinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the ALK protein from working. The purpose of this phase II study is to find out what effects cabozantinib (XL184) has, good and/or bad, in patients whose tumors one of the following gene changes RET, ROS1, or NTRK fusion, or increased MET or AXL activity. A phase II study looks at how effective a medication is at treating a specific type of cancer and collects information on the side effects of the study treatment. RET, ROS1, or NTRK fusion or increased MET or AXL activity gene leads to lung cancer cell growth. Cabozantinib is an oral medicine that inhibits of RET, ROS1, NTRK, MET, and AXL. In addition, this drug interferes with other cell pathways that also cause cancer cells to grow, form new blood vessels, and spread to other organs of the body. The goal of using cabozantinib is to shrink the cancer and to prevent it from growing Cabozantinib has been studied and shown to cause cancer shrinkage in other cancers such as medullary thyroid cancer and prostate cancer. This phase II Lung-MAP treatment trial test the combination of targeted drugs (capmatinib, osimertinib, and/or ramucirumab) in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) and that has EGFR and MET gene changes. Capmatinib and osimertinib are in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. They work by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps stop or slow the spread of cancer cells and may help shrink tumors. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Giving capmatinib, osimertinib, and/or ramucirumab and targeting abnormal gene changes in tumor cells may be effective in shrinking or stabilizing advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Read Less
