The purpose of this study is to find out whether ZEN003694 is an effective treatment for people with advanced squamous cell lung cancer with a mutation in the NSD3 gene. ZEN003694 is a type of drug called a BET inhibitor. Researchers think ZEN003694 may help here because the drug works by blocking a group of proteins called bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET) proteins, which may counteract the effect of NSD3 on tumor growth. This study aims at evaluating if placement of CLARIX® CORD 1K during robotic prostatectomy decreases the time to achieve complete erectile and urinary function after the surgery. Hypothesis: More than 80% of the participants (n=40) will complete the intervention at three month (intervention completion) and the six month follow-up (retention rate as feasibility). More than 70% of the participants will report high overall study satisfaction (acceptability) with the intervention and study. This pre-pilot will inform intervention and procedural refinements for the pilot. Hypothesis: Participants who receive the intervention (n=57) will report more skin cancer-related preventive behaviors (e.g., mean of summed score of sun protection behaviors such as use of sunscreen, etc.) at three month and six month follow-up compared to those in the control condition (n=57, who will receive general information about physical activity and nutrition). The purpose of this study is to see how skin conditions that are related to different kinds of cancer or cancer treatments affect a patient's overall well-being. Skin conditions are common in cancer patients and survivors. Sometimes, the skin condition is directly related to the cancer. Other times, these conditions are a side effect of cancer treatment. Patients in the study will be asked to fill out at least one questionnaire about how they feel about their skin condition. If the patient needs to be treated for their skin condition, they will be asked to complete the same questionnaire when they return for a follow-up visit. The investigators hope the study will improve our understanding of how cancer patients feel about their skin conditions. They also hope this study helps them learn how to improve the way we treat skin conditions in cancer patients. Read Less

The researchers are doing this study to see if one session of high-dose contrast-enhanced MRI-guided SBRT (stereotactic body radiation therapy) is effective for colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. The researchers will evaluate how well the study treatment can prevent the liver metastasis from growing and spreading. In addition, they will see whether it causes any side effects and whether there are any characteristics of the research MRI images that can predict response to treatment. Read Less

The researchers are doing this study to find out if a PFME program to reduce urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy is feasible for people with prostate cancer. The researchers will track how many participants join the study, follow the program, and stay in the study. They will also evaluate how people feel about their experience and satisfaction with participating in this program through interviews. They will also measure participants' quality of life by filling out questionnaires, and we will study whether the program shows promise in reducing urinary incontinence. Radical prostatectomy sometimes causes incontinence after the surgery. The researchers think that by teaching PFME and strengthening and improving control of the pelvic floor muscles, PFME training before and after radical prostatectomy may help reduce incontinence and/or reduce how long incontinence lasts. Pediatric cancer survivors are at an increased risk of excessive weight gain and reduced exercise behaviors with the potential for this risk to worsen over time. With over 80% of pediatric cancer patients living to adulthood, many pediatric cancer survivors experience long-term health consequences such as heart disease - the leading cause of death in this population. The purpose of this clinical research study is to teach parents/caregivers skills that will help prevent and reduce the problems of obesity in childhood cancer survivors. In this study, parents have the opportunity to participate in one of two web-based groups in which parents in either group will learn valuable information to improve the health of their child and of themselves. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if using an incentive spirometer can reduce lung problems in people with advanced lung cancer who are receiving chemotherapy and radiation therapy. The main questions the study aims to answer are: Does using an incentive spirometer lower the chances of developing lung inflammation (pneumonitis)? Does it improve overall survival and quality of life? Participants will: Use an incentive spirometer, a device that helps with deep breathing, 10 times every hour while awake. Continue using the spirometer daily during treatment and for up to three months after treatment. Complete quality of life assessments at the start of the study and at 3, 6, and 12 months. Researchers will compare the results to see if the incentive spirometer helps reduce lung problems and improves participants\' well-being during and after their cancer treatment. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to compare using FDA-approved bupivacaine (a numbing medicine), along with the usual medications for post-operative pain control to using the usual medications for postoperative pain control alone. The addition of bupivacaine to the surgical wound site with the usual pain medications could better manage your pain immediately after surgery and reduce the amount of opioid medications taken after surgery. This study will allow the researchers to know whether this different approach is better, the same, or worse than the usual approach. Read Less
