A Study Comparing Cancer Imaging Approaches in People With Lobular Breast Cancer
Recruiting
The purpose of this study to compare two types of cancer imaging scans to see which is better at detecting and monitoring metastatic ILC. This study will compare PET/CT (positron emission tomography/computed tomography) scans using the radiotracer fluorine 18 (18F)-fluoroestradiol (FES) with a standard imaging approach for detecting and monitoring ILC, PET/CT scans using the radiotracer 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG). Chemotherapy Combined With Immunotherapy Versus Immunotherapy Alone for Older Adults With Stage IIIB-IV Lung Cancer, The ACHIEVE Trial
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares the effect of adding chemotherapy to immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) versus immunotherapy alone in treating patients with stage IIIB-IV lung cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividin... Read More

Osimertinib With or Without Bevacizumab as Initial Treatment for Patients With EGFR-Mutant Lung Cancer
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares the effect of bevacizumab and osimertinib combination vs. osimertinib alone for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer that has spread outside of the lungs (stage IIIB-IV) and has a change (mutation) in a gene called EGFR. The EGFR protein is involved in cell signaling pathways that control cell division and survival. Sometimes, mutations in the EGFR gene cause EGFR proteins to be made in higher than normal amounts on some types of cancer cells. This causes can... Read More

A Trial to Learn if the Combination of Fianlimab, Cemiplimab, and Chemotherapy is Safe and Works Better Than the Combination of Cemiplimab and Chemotherapy in Adult Patients With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer That Can be Treated With Surgery
Recruiting
This study is researching an experimental drug called fianlimab (also called REGN3767) with two other medications called cemiplimab and platinum-doublet chemotherapy, individually called a "study drug" or collectively called "study drugs", when combined in this study. The study is being conducted in patients who have resectable stage II to IIIB (N2) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that can be treated with surgery. The aim of the study is to see how effective the combination of fianlimab, cem... Read More
