The goal of this observational study is to learn about functional and patient reported outcomes in patient undergoing total wrist replacement with the KinematX total wrist replacement study. The main questions it aims to answer are: What is the range of motion (flexion, extension, radial, ulnar, grip and pinch strength) at 3-, 6-, and 12-months after surgery and yearly up to 10 years among patients having total wrist replacement with the KinematX implant. What are the patient reported outcomes (PROMIS, PRWE, HSS wrist expectations) at 3-, 6-, and 12-months after surgery and yearly up to 10 years among patients having total wrist replacement with the KinematX implant. How do range of motion and patient reported outcomes change over the 10 years after total wrist replacement surgery? Participants will be followed according to standard of care and preoperative and post-operative information for up to 10 years after surgery will be collected and entered into an electronic data base. The goal of treating patients diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is to achieve remission or low disease activity and thereby prevent joint damage, loss of physical function, and disability. Optimal management requires regular assessment of disease activity, with treatment changes made as needed for optimal efficacy. Vectra is a blood serum test that looks at 12 biomarkers and produces a score on a scale of 1 to 100. The Vectra score has been shown to be the strongest predictor of risk for progression of disease. There is opportunity to gain more information about the utility of Vectra in a real-world clinical setting. This study will, therefore, evaluate the utility of Vectra for guiding treatment decisions and improving RA-related outcomes in comparison with usual care, which will not include Vectra testing. The goal of this study is to determine whether anti-Ro/SSA antibodies are associated with acquired QT prolongation in subjects with connective tissue disease. The investigators will investigate whether gender or race influence correlation between anti-Ro antibody status and prolonged QT interval and the role of inflammatory cytokines in association with anti-Ro antibodies and QT prolongation.
