Aim 1: Refine the HRSN navigation model to integrate a digital platform (Findhelp.org) to meet the needs of AYAs. The investigators will conduct iterative co-design sessions with AYAs and caregivers to understand their views on the existing Findhelp.org website and the likely need for other human-to-human and digital strategies to augment platform engagement (e.g., text reminders) and to address vocational needs. Aim 2: Evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of the refined hybrid intervention that includes digital + person-to-person HRSN navigation. Aim 3: Explore the preliminary impact of the refined hybrid intervention, compared to elevated usual care (a one-time referral to FindHelp.org alone), on reduction in financial distress (AYA and caregiver) and on AYA global health (i.e., mental, social, physical). Multicenter, randomized (2:1), open-label phase 3 study in HLA-A2 positive patients with squamous and non-squamous metastatic NSCLC with ICI secondary resistance. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if OPB-101 is safe in platinum resistant ovarian cancer participants and also to find the optimal dose of OPB-101. Participants will have their own T cells modified in a laboratory and given back to them as OPB-101 in this one-time treatment. This phase I trial studies the side effects of pressurized intraperitoneal aerosol chemotherapy (PIPAC) in treating patients with ovarian, uterine, appendiceal, stomach (gastric), or colorectal cancer that has spread to the lining of the abdominal cavity (peritoneal carcinomatosis). Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, doxorubicin, oxaliplatin, leucovorin, fluorouracil, mitomycin, and irinotecan, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. PIPAC is a minimally invasive procedure that involves the administration of intraperitoneal chemotherapy. The study device consists of a nebulizer (a device that turns liquids into a fine mist), which is connected to a high-pressure injector, and inserted into the abdomen (part of the body that contains the digestive organs) during a laparoscopic procedure (a surgery using small incisions to introduce air and to insert a camera and other instruments in the abdominal cavity for diagnosis and/or to perform routine surgical procedures). Pressurization of the liquid chemotherapy through the study device results in aerosolization (a fine mist or spray) of the chemotherapy intra-abdominally (into the abdomen). Giving chemotherapy through PIPAC may reduce the amount of chemotherapy needed to achieve acceptable drug concentration, and therefore potentially reduces side effects and toxicities. Read Less

This study will compare the effects on cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) of aerobic exercise in different amounts (number of minutes/session) over different periods of time (number of weeks). Aerobic exercise is physical activity of light-to-moderate intensity that uses the large muscle groups (muscles in your legs, buttocks, back, and chest) and can be performed for at least 10 minutes. The researchers will study the effects of different exercise programs on how well the study participants' bodies use oxygen, how well their heart pumps blood, how well their lungs function, and how healthy their blood vessels are.
