The study will be conducted in 2 overlapping phases. In Phase 1, there will be a 3-arm randomized controlled trial of Remote Simultaneous Medical Interpreting/RSMI (Arm 1), versus Remote Consecutive Medical Interpreting/RCMI (Arm 2) and versus Remote Consecutive Video Medical Interpreting/RCVI (Arm 3) in breast cancer outpatient clinical encounters with Spanish- and Mandarin-speaking patients with Limited English Proficiency/LEP (Stages II and III disease) and English- speaking providers (who do not speak Spanish/Mandarin). Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with specific genetic changes called human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) mutations. Advanced NSCLC is a group of lung cancers that have spread to nearby tissues or to other parts of the body or that are unlikely to be cured or controlled with currently available treatments. HER2 is a protein that helps cells to grow and divide. A damage (also called mutation) to the building plans (genes) for this protein in cancer cells leads to a production of abnormal HER2 and therefore abnormal cell growth and division. The study treatment, BAY 2927088, is expected to block the mutated HER2 protein which may stop the spread of NSCLC. The main purpose of this study is to learn how well BAY 2927088 works and how safe it is compared with standard treatment, in participants who have advanced NSCLC with specific genetic changes called HER2 mutations. The study participants will receive one of the study treatments: * BAY 2927088 twice every day as a tablet by mouth, or * Standard treatment in cycles of 21 days via infusion ("drip") into the vein. The treatment will continue for as long as participants benefit from it without any severe side effects or until they or their doctor decide to stop the treatment. During the study, the doctors and their study team will: * take imaging scans, including CT, PET, MRI, and X-rays, of different parts of the body to study the spread of cancer * check the overall health of the participants by performing tests such as blood and urine tests, and checking * heart health using an electrocardiogram (ECG) * perform pregnancy tests for women * ask the participants questions about how they are feeling and what adverse events they are having. This is a first in human study of TNG456 alone and in combination with abemaciclib in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors known to have an MTAP loss. The first part of the study is an open-label, dose escalation and the second part is an open label dose expansion in specific solid tumor types with a confirmed MTAP loss. The purpose of this study is to find out whether combining the standard chemotherapy for head and neck cancer with the immunotherapy drugs cetuximab and cemiplimab (the study drug) is a safe treatment for head and neck cancer, and whether receiving this combination treatment before surgery may allow participants to forgo the standard radiation treatment after surgery. The study has 2 parts. The first part is open to adults with different types of advanced cancer (solid tumours with changes in the HER2 gene) for whom previous treatment was not successful. The second part is open to people with non-small cell lung cancer with a specific mutation in the HER2 gene. The purpose of the first study part is to find the highest dose of a medicine called zongertinib the participants can tolerate. Once this dose is found, it will be used in the second study part to test whether zongertinib can make tumours shrink. In this study, zongertinib is given to people for the first time. Participants take zongertinib as tablets once a day or twice a day. The participants are in the study for as long as they benefit from and can tolerate treatment. Study doctors regularly check the participants' health and monitor the tumours. The doctors also take note of any unwanted effects that could have been caused by zongertinib. Read Less

This phase II trial studies whether adding radium-223 dichloride to the usual treatment, cabozantinib, improves outcomes in patients with renal cell cancer that has spread to the bone. Radioactive drugs such as radium-223 dichloride may directly target radiation to cancer cells and minimize harm to normal cells. Cabozantinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving radium-223 dichloride and cabozantinib may help lessen the pain and symptoms from renal cell cancer that has spread to the bone, compared to cabozantinib alone. Read Less

Phase 2 open-label, single-arm clinical trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant olaparib + LHRH agonist administered for 6 months prior to radical prostatectomy (RP) in men with unfavorable intermediate-risk or high-risk localized prostate cancer. All patients must have confirmed germline or somatic select HRR alterations. Germline and somatic mutation testing will be performed as part of commercially available CLIA assays and will be validated on a uniform platform centrally all patients retrospectively. Eligible patients will receive treatment with olaparib + LHRH agonist. Following 6 months of therapy, patients will undergo RP with mandatory lymph node dissection. The lymph node dissection template will be at the discretion of the treating urologist. RP specimens will undergo pathology blinded independent central review. Following RP, patients will be followed for testosterone recovery and PSA progression. Read Less
