Study of Aerobic Training for People Receiving Chemotherapy for Breast Cancer
Recruiting
In this study, investigators will compare standard Aerobic Training/AT with adaptive Aerobic Training/AT. Standard AT will be a fixed (unchanging) amount of walking each week, while adaptive AT will adjust the level of exercise depending on participants' response to the exercise. Investigators will see how both study approaches (standard AT and adaptive AT) affect participants' CRF.

Study to Assess the Efficacy of Rina-S Compared to Treatment of Investigator's Choice in Participants With Platinum Resistant Ovarian Cancer
Recruiting
This phase 3 study will be conducted in different countries all over the world. The purpose of this study is to compare how well Rina-S works against platinum-resistant ovarian cancer compared to chemotherapy drugs that are already approved and used for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. Treatment in this study could be Rina-S or it could be 1 of 4 indicated chemotherapy agents that are considered standard medical care. There is an equal (50:50) chance of getting Rina-S or an approved chemothe... Read More

Treating Basal and Squamous Cell Carcinomas With Fractional Laser and Tirbanibulin Ointment
Recruiting
We seek to evaluate the effectiveness of fractional laser therapy and tirbanibulin ointment to treat squamous and basal cell carcinomas. We will execute this by using both thulium and erbium lasers on previously biopsy-confirmed SCCs and BCCs and applying bulk heating methods. Then, depending on the level of invasiveness, instruct subjects to apply the ointment over the course of five nights immediately following the treatment. The intention of this study is to minimize the need for invasive sur... Read More

Evaluating the Implementation of a Comprehensive Multilevel Virtual Oncology Program Among Veterans Diagnosed With Lung, Colorectal, Prostate, and Breast Cancers in the US Department of Veterans Affairs
Recruiting
The purpose this pragmatic trial to test the effectiveness of an existing, ongoing clinical service, the VA National TeleOncology program (NTO), a multilevel telehealth population health management program. The primary aims are to study the intervention and determine its effectiveness on telehealth engagement, clinical quality, and healthcare cost outcomes across levels of Social Determinants of TeleHealth (SDTH) with the goal of promoting health equity.

A Study of Intra-operative Imaging in Women With Ovarian Cancer
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to find out whether using the PINPOINT imaging system intra-operatively can reduce the risk of anastomotic leaks and other complications after surgery for ovarian cancer, compared with standard intra-operative assessments alone. The PINPOINT endoscopic fluorescence imaging system uses a special camera and a fluorescent (glowing) dye that can evaluate the blood flow of the bowel in real-time. If there is an area that appears concerning, the surgeon can correct the pro... Read More

Study of 2141-V11 in People With Non-muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer That Did Not Respond to Standard Treatment
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to test the safety of the study drug 2141-V11 in people whose NMIBC did not respond to standard treatment, and who will not have the standard surgical procedure to remove the bladder. The researchers will test different doses of 2141-V11 to see which dose is safest in people. The researchers will also do tests to see how the body absorbs, distributes, and gets rid of 2141-V11. This study is one of the first to test 2141-V11 in people, and the first to test 2141-V11 d... Read More

Breast Elasticity Imaging During Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy
Recruiting
For this study, the investigators propose investigation of a new imaging technique, Harmonic Motion Imaging (HMI), and the evaluation of its potential role in prediction of breast cancer response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT). The investigators hypothesize that changes in HMI parameters will predict response to neoadjuvant systemic therapy in early-stage breast cancer.
