This study will compare the effects on cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) of aerobic exercise in different amounts (number of minutes/session) over different periods of time (number of weeks). Aerobic exercise is physical activity of light-to-moderate intensity that uses the large muscle groups (muscles in your legs, buttocks, back, and chest) and can be performed for at least 10 minutes. The researchers will study the effects of different exercise programs on how well the study participants' bodies use oxygen, how well their heart pumps blood, how well their lungs function, and how healthy their blood vessels are. The purpose of this study is to find out whether using the PINPOINT imaging system intra-operatively can reduce the risk of anastomotic leaks and other complications after surgery for ovarian cancer, compared with standard intra-operative assessments alone. The PINPOINT endoscopic fluorescence imaging system uses a special camera and a fluorescent (glowing) dye that can evaluate the blood flow of the bowel in real-time. The purpose of this study to test an alternative treatment approach that involves giving participants radiotherapy before their mastectomy (preoperative radiotherapy) and performing immediate reconstruction surgery at the time of mastectomy. The immediate reconstruction surgery is called an immediate autologous reconstruction (IR) and is different than the standard reconstruction surgery people with T4 breast cancer have. IR is a surgical procedure where immediately following your mastectomy, the surgeon takes tissue from another part of your body and uses it to re-create your breast. The standard reconstruction surgery occurs later and can be done with an implant or tissue from your body. The main purpose of this study to find out if the alternative treatment approach shown above is feasible. In this study, investigators will compare standard Aerobic Training/AT with adaptive Aerobic Training/AT. Standard AT will be a fixed (unchanging) amount of walking each week, while adaptive AT will adjust the level of exercise depending on participants' response to the exercise. The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness of pembrolizumab in combination with BCG as a first line therapy for participants with high grade T1 bladder cancer who are at "high risk" for BCG alone to be ineffective and are seeking an alternative treatment option to radical cystectomy. There is biologic rationale for combining pembrolizumab and BCG as two distinct immunotherapies with possible additive or synergistic activity in urothelial cancer. The combination of pembrolizumab with BCG will also be evaluated in an exploratory cohort of patients with upper tract urothelial cancer. Read Less

This is a prospective single-arm non-inferiority trial evaluating surgical outcomes in subjects who are fed in the first days after oral cavity reconstructive surgery. The purpose of the study is to specifically compare the rates of orocutaneous fistula in subjects who are allowed to eat immediately after surgery to those rates published in the literature (individuals for whom oral feeding is delayed for several days after surgery). Eighty nine subjects who will undergo oral cavity reconstructive surgery will be enrolled between Mount Sinai Hospital and Mount Sinai West. Study participation will last for 30 days after surgery during which time patients will be examined for any signs or symptoms of surgical site infection or wound breakdown, have several clinical evaluations of swallow function, and be asked to report on several patient reported outcome measures. This is a multi-site epidemiological study designed to monitor circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) status in participants with Stage II (high risk)/III colorectal cancer (CRC) following resection/prior to adjuvant chemotherapy (AdCTx), during the course of AdCTx and for a period of 630 days thereafter, according to CRC stages and disease characteristics. Participants receive no therapeutic intervention as part of this study. This study will identify participants who might be potential candidates for the clinical trial BNT122-01 (NCT04486378), a study of RO7198457 after completion of standard AdCTx in this patient population. Based on the eligibility criteria for that trial, this study will identify participants with confirmed Stage II (high risk)/III CRC that are positive for ctDNA after resection and are therefore at high risk of disease recurrence to enrich the BNT122-01 study cohort. These participants will have the option to enter screening for BNT122-01 at Screening Visit 2 of that trial if they meet the eligibility criteria of BNT000-001 during screening.
