The purpose of this study is to compare a special type of mammogram that uses a contrast agent called contrast-enhanced digital mammography with contrast-enhanced digital breast tomosynthesis (CEDM+CEDBT), with breast magnetic resonance imaging imaging (MRI) for predicting the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on pathologic complete response rates. The device used to obtain CEDM+CEDBT images is called Siemens MAMMOMAT. This device produces two-dimensional (2D) images, as in a normal mammogram, but also collects additional images for digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT), which produces a three-dimensional (3D) image of the breast in the form of image slices. DBT allows the radiologist to "see through" the breast tissue for better detection and localization of breast cancer. By looking at both the CEDM images and the CEDBT images, a radiologist may be able to better detect residual breast cancer in a more cost-effective manner. Participation may last up to 18 weeks. Study procedures for this research are: Undergoing 1-2 mammograms during and/or after your chemotherapy, but before primary breast surgery. Before each mammogram, have a radiology technician inject a liquid contrast agent by inserting a needle into a vein. This study's goal is to find out if the kind of side effects people experience from radiation is different depending on the schedule of their radiation treatment. Patients will be randomly assigned to either the 3 Fraction or 5 Fraction schedule of radiation. After patients complete radiation treatment, they will follow up with their radiation oncologist. The main purpose of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability (how your body reacts to the drug) and effectiveness (ability to treat your cancer) of REGN5678 alone, or in combination with cemiplimab. The study has 2 parts. The goal of Part 1 (dose escalation) is to determine a safe dose(s) of REGN5678 when it is given alone or in combination with cemiplimab. The goal of Part 2 (dose expansion) is to use the REGN5678 drug dose(s) found in Part 1 to see how well REGN5678 alone or in combination with cemiplimab works to shrink tumors. The purpose of this study is to see if a social network support program (SOcial Networks to Activate Trust & Adherence or SONATA) is helpful for older individuals receiving cancer treatment. The SONATA program will last for about 4 months. There are a total of 6 coaching sessions. The first 5 sessions will be held approximately every 1 to 2 weeks. The purpose of this study is find out whether Oleogel-S10 is an effective treatment for radiation dermatitis when it is used in combination with a standard wound treatment cream called triamcinolone. Oleogel-S10 has shortened the healing time for other types of skin wounds such as burns.
