This phase II trial studies how well respiratory muscle training before surgery works in preventing lung complications after surgery in patients with stage I-IIIB lung cancer. Patients with lung cancer who choose to undergo surgical resection often have complications after surgery such as pneumonia, unplanned intubations, difficulty breathing and reduced physical functioning, and increased medical costs and a reduced quality of life. Improving pre-surgical pulmonary health through respiratory muscle training may improve respiratory muscle strength, response to surgery, and quality of life after surgery in patients with lung cancer. The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of this MR-guided radiotherapy on tumor control of the dominant intraprostatic lesion among patients with intermediate risk prostate cancer. This study of Radiotherapy to the Prostate and Dominant Lesion Using Ultra-Hypofractionated, MR-adaptive Radiation Therapy aims to evaluate tumor control after definitive ultra-hypofractionated external beam radiation therapy (including a simultaneously delivered high-dose boost to a dominant lesion as detected on prostate magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)) in patients with intermediate-risk prostate cancer. This will incorporate the use of multiparametric MRI for target segmentation and the use of the MR-linac with adaptive radiation planning to treat the prostate gland, incorporating a dose boost to the dominant intraprostatic lesion (DIL) that is visible on T2-weighted and diffusion-weighted imaging and de-escalation of dose to the remainder of the prostate. This study is researching an investigational drug called REGN4336. Some participants may receive additional investigational drugs in combination with REGN4336. These additional drugs include REGN5678, cemiplimab and sarilumab. The main purpose of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability (how the body reacts to the drug) and effectiveness of REGN4336 alone, in combination with cemiplimab, or in combination with REGN5678. REGN4336, cemiplimab and REGN5678 are a type of treatment for cancer called immunotherapy,and are intended to activate T-cells to attack cancer cells. This study has 2 parts. The purpose of Part 1 is to determine a safe dose of REGN4336 when given alone or when given in combination with cemiplimab or REGN5678. The purpose of Part 2 is to use the REGN4336 dose(s) determined in Part 1 to further test how well REGN4336 works to shrink tumors either when given alone or in combination with cemiplimab or REGN5678. The goal of this clinical trial is to to learn about different combinations of immunotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer whose cancer has spread to their liver and are planning to have surgery to remove tumor metastases from their liver. The main questions it aims to answer are: * whether these combinations of immunotherapy change the tumor microenvironment in the liver * whether these combinations of immunotherapy are safe and effective when used in colorectal cancer with liver metastases Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the following: * Botensilimab and balstilimab * Botensilimab, balstilimab, and AGEN1423 * Botensilimab, balstilimab, and radiation Participants will be asked to come in to receive drug infusions (and radiation, if applicable) before and after their surgical resection.
