The use of venetoclax-based therapies for pediatric patients with relapsed or refractory malignancies is increasingly common outside of the clinical trial setting. For patients who cannot swallow tablets, it is common to crush the tablets and dissolve them in liquid to create a solution. However, no PK data exists in adults or children using crushed tablets dissolved in liquid in this manner, and as a result, the venetoclax exposure with this solution is unknown. Primary Objectives • To determine the pharmacokinetics of venetoclax when commercially available tablets are crushed and dissolved into a solution Secondary Objectives * To evaluate the safety of crushed venetoclax tablets administered as an oral solution * To determine the pharmacokinetics of venetoclax solution in patients receiving concomitant strong and moderate CYP3A inhibitors * To determine potential pharmacokinetic differences based on route of venetoclax solution administration (ie. Survivors of childhood cancer are at greater risk for long-term cognitive impairments that include attention, executive function, intelligence, memory, and processing speed. The participants are a survivor of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) or Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL). Because of your treatment the participant may have developed trouble with thinking and learning. Primary Objective To evaluate the feasibility of using home-based tPBM paired with remote cognitive training to improve cognitive performance in survivors of ALL and HL. Secondary Objectives To estimate the potential efficacy of alpha and gamma frequency tPBM on cognitive performance in survivors of ALL and HL. Exploratory Objectives To estimate the effects of home-based tPBM paired with remote cognitive training on patient reported symptoms of executive dysfunction, sleep, depression, anxiety, fatigue, and pain in survivors of ALL and HL. The purpose of this research is to test whether participating in either a physical activity intervention or a series of educational classes will help to preserve exercise capability, heart function, brain-based activities (like memory), and quality of life. Participants will be randomized to 1 of 2 pathways: * First pathway consists of organized health workshops. These workshops are intended to provide information on topics such as proper nutrition, management of stress, sleep practices, and emphasis on a healthy lifestyle that may help the participants through cancer treatment. This pathway will also test whether stretching may help participants through cancer treatment. * Second pathway participants will take part in some unsupervised and some potentially supervised moderate activity sessions each week throughout participants' cancer treatment to take place either remotely or in person, depending on availability of facilities at the time visits are scheduled. The goal of this clinical trial is to see if adding abatacept to tacrolimus and MMF prevents or reduces the chances of acute graft versus host disease which is a complication that can occur after transplant in participants with blood cancer. The usual therapy for graft versus host disease prevention after a cord blood transplant includes tacrolimus and MMF. The main question this clinical trial aims to answer is whether or not abatacept will be safe and effective in reducing aGVHD rates in dCBT. Participants will: * Partake in exams, tests, and procedures as part of usual cancer care. * Partake in conditioning, which is the treatment that is given before a transplant. * Have a cord blood transplant. * Partake in radiation following the transplant. This phase II clinical trial evaluates whether a modified modality of conditioning reduces treatment-related mortality (TRM) in patients who undergo a hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) for a hematological malignancy. HSCT is a curative therapy for many hematopoietic malignancies, however this regimen results in higher rates of TRM than other forms of treatment. In recent years, less intense conditioning regimens with radiation and chemotherapy prior to HSCT have been developed. Radiation therapy uses high energy sources to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors while chemotherapy drugs like fludarabine and cyclophosphamide work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This study evaluates whether a two-step approach with lower-intensity regimens of these treatments prior to HSCT reduces the rate of TRM. Read Less
