This study will compare the effectiveness of osimertinib alone with the combination of osimertinib and chemotherapy (carboplatin and pemetrexed) in people with metastatic lung cancer that has a change (mutation) in the gene EGFR. Osimertinib alone is the usual treatment for metastatic EGFR-mutant lung cancer. The goal of this study is to test A2B395, an allogeneic logic-gated Tmod™ CAR T-cell product in subjects with solid tumors including colorectal cancer (CRC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and other solid tumors that express EGFR and have lost HLA-A\*02 expression. The study has 2 parts, Phase 1a and Phase 1b. The goal of Phase 1a is to gather safety, PK and initial efficacy data for 225Ac-ABD147 to better understand best doses for patients with small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC) of the lung following platinum-based chemotherapy. The researchers are doing this study to see if people with unexplained weight loss who have lung cancer screening are more likely to have or develop lung cancer than people without unexplained weight loss. The lung cancer screening will involve use of low-dose computed tomography (LDCT), a CT scan that gives off very low doses of radiation and can make detailed pictures of the lungs to help find tumors.
