This document is a protocol for a non-interventional human research study in which the investigator hopes to better understand the changes that take place in T cells in Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). The purpose of this study is to establish a protocol for the collection and storage of tissue samples from patients with CTCL for future research studies. This phase II trial studies how well obinutuzumab with or without umbralisib, lenalidomide, or combination chemotherapy work in treating patients with grade I-IIIa follicular lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Immunotherapy with obinutuzumab, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Umbralisib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, use substances made from living organisms that may stimulate or suppress the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone, and bendamustine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether giving obinutuzumab with or without umbralisib, lenalidomide, or combination chemotherapy will work better in treating patients with grade I-IIIa follicular lymphoma. This study is researching an experimental drug called odronextamab, referred to as study drug, when used in combination with chemotherapy. The study is focused on patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that have not been treated before (called "previously untreated"), have come back after treatment (called "relapsed"), or have not responded to treatment (called "refractory"). This study will be made up of Part 1a, Part 1b, and Part 2.The aim of Part 1a and Part 1b of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug in combination with chemotherapy is and to determine the dose and schedule of the study drug to be combined with chemotherapy in Part 2 of the study. The aim of Part 2 of the study is to see how effective the combination of the study drug with chemotherapy is in comparison with the combination of rituximab and chemotherapy, the current standard of care treatment approved for Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Standard of care means the usual medication expected and used when receiving treatment for a condition. This study will include participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) Multiple Myeloma (MM). MM is a type of cancer of the blood. This study will also include participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). DLBCL is also a type of cancer of the blood. They are referred to as 'relapsed' when the disease has come back after treatment and 'refractory' when treatment no longer works. The study has 2 main parts, called phase 1 and phase 1b. The main objective of both parts will be to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug, called EZM0414. The main objective of phase 1b will also be to determine the effectiveness of EZM0414. During phase 1 six dose levels will be tested to obtain the most tolerated dose. Participants will receive study drug at the assigned dose level every 28 days. During phase 1b participants will receive study drug at the maximum tolerated dose in 28-day cycles. Read Less

This phase II trial compares the combination of inotuzumab ozogamicin and chemotherapy to the usual chemotherapy in treating patients with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or B-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma. Inotuzumab ozogamicin is a monoclonal antibody, called inotuzumab, linked to a drug, called CalichDMH. Inotuzumab is a form of targeted therapy because it attaches to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of cancer cells, known as CD22 receptors, and delivers CalichDMH to kill them. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving inotuzumab ozogamicin with chemotherapy may help shrink the cancer and stop it from returning. Read Less

This phase II trial compares mosunetuzumab to the usual treatment (rituximab) for improving survival in patients with nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma (NLPHL). Rituximab and mosunetuzumab are monoclonal antibodies. They bind to a protein called CD20, which is found on B cells (a type of white blood cell) and some types of cancer cells. This may help the immune system kill cancer cells. Mosunetuzumab may be more effective at extending survival in patients with NLPHL than the usual approach with rituximab. Read Less
